I went to their store in Hemet. They sold me Simple Mobile phone service and wrote down new phone…read morenumber, handed me back my phone and said goodbye. I am old and don't know more than basic use of phone. My service was poor but I never suspected they had not put the new Sim card in my phone just gave me the empty card that held a Sim card in a tiny zip lock bag with my old Sim card..I had been receiving erratic service from all around me but not the service I paid for. 5 weeks later I discovered empty card holder. Took it back to GZ. Not only would they not refund me $ for service paid for but not installed but after they said they fixed it they said they told me I had to change my phone number again and charged me $25. for a new Sim card. I feel very abused by their service .
