That was back when you used to be able to fix it yourself. Now car engines are all computerized and cost a small fortune to fix. They have been in business in the same spot for about 50 years. Their prices are fair. We have an older car in the family which we needed a part to and they found it for us. Felt good to get my hands dirty again. Like old times.

I saw noticed the damage after I decided to start doing oil changes myself, $140 for a basic change?? No thanks. Anyhoo the drip never got noticed because it absorbed into the undercarriage cover piece. And yeah I was a little late on changing the oil myself and making the appointment. Life is busy. I even had a video and showed them the spot getting wiped clean, and leaking oil. They STILL claimed that even though they saw the "mark" in the video, that is was leaking from the washer.
