Being a Saturday, not many shops were open. I used Yelp, and found this place. Not only were the reviews great, but they were open! My fiancé called, explained his current issue and the lovely gentleman on the phone took his name and told him to bring it in! He brought his car in and they told him they probably won't be able to get to it today due to closing in a few hours, but would try and then with the incoming storm it would probably be Tuesday. Not a problem at all! After I picked him up after he dropped his car off he said the gentleman behind the counter was very nice! Fast forward to Tuesday morning (due to the storm, didn't open Monday) they told him they couldn't find anything wrong or a reason for the smoke/steam. They stated they looked it over, drove it, had it run and still couldn't find anything. They also repaired another issue that a previous mechanic quoted him over $2k to fix for about $500. My fiancé was and is very happy with the service he received on his car. He stated he will now bring both of our cars here for all of our car needs!

Worst customer service ever. I dropped my car on Saturday…read moreat 11am for inspection, I met Jimmy the boss who told me that I can leave the car and he will call me back if anything. I went back 2 hours later and he told me that he still needs couple of hours but he will call me anyways. He never called. I went back at 5pm to see what's going on. He said that he didn't have time and I should bring it weekdays( I specifically told him earlier in the morning that weekdays are not an option since I work at the hospital). Conclusion: I spent 6 hours. He never called, not even to tell me that he couldn't do it today, Car was not inspected.
