You have to leave a voicemail & pray they feel like returning your call. 2) My car was in their shop for almost a month with little to no communication from the mechanic about how long it would take or where they were in the process. 3) When I got my car back I began having issues I never had before, including my car randomly not starting & my hood latch being broken. 4) After calling the shop numerous times about this & not receiving a call back for weeks, I went to the shop & they were closed for vacation as of that morning. 5) I ended up having to use a new mechanic & pay them to fix everything that Champion had messed up. The bright side to all of this I've now found an excellent mechanic, who communicates & gets the job done properly.

First thing that should've opened my eyes was him forgetting to put transmission fluid in the vehicle. Second should've been not connecting my emergency brake. I brought back my vehicle for both issues and figured everything was OK, well, one and a half years later and my transmission is shot again. Brought it to a reputable transmission place who showed me pictures and video of old original parts that were never changed out by champion transmissions. If I could give this zero stars, I would. No warrantee since he shut down, now have to do a whole new transmission. If this place is still open and operating somewhere else, please avoid it at all costs.

I've been taking my cars to this place for years and this time was very different for the worst…read more I'll just be factual. Today, I showed up on the dot for inspection and oil change. I didn't have a ride, so I asked how long would it take and they said 1h30m. As I was waiting, I told them that I was going to wait at Panera next door. After 1h30m, I came back, the car was starting to be looked into. After another 45 minutes I was told that my car needed 4 tires to pass the inspection, and they were going to start changing the oil, so I asked them why did it take 2h15m minutes to figure out that my car needed 4 tires and the oil change was still pending. 30 second after the manager, Mario, came out and gave me a big attitude, saying they take the time they feel it's necessary raising his voice at me, and stated that if I had to go to the doctor, I would've waited without complaining. He was very rude and far from having a "manager" profile. In the first 30 to 40 minutes they could've called me and let me know that the inspection would not pass without replacing the tires and I would just ask them to replace them end of story. Very bad service especially coming from a "manager".

Took them a half hour. They have 2 speeds, slow and stop. It cost $32 to get this fixed and 30 minutes. They called it a "special plug" that's why it cost so much. A RIP OFF is what it's called. To further insult me with price they only gave me 36 PSI. Now the other tires are all inflated to 43 PSI. air is FREE at least for the price inflate my tire to what the other 3 are! I came here because my other mechanic is closed on weekends. $32 later and a waste of time. Ridiculous! Stay away from here.

After spending $1,000 I was assured that DMV would pass my car because of the amount of money I spent and it failed for mechanical issues, not safety issues. After months of texts and calls to them, then an irate text because then I got a ticket for the inspection in OCTOBER, they told me they spent too many hours on the phone with DMV, 80+ hours, blah blah blah, and they were done. So I call DMV myself and within 1/2 hour on the phone, my job (which was really their job) was done. DMV had to contact them because the receipt they gave me was not written up properly according to DMV. Needless to say, Rich was accurate with what he said about DMV passing it, but it had to be reinspected within a month, from May to October didn't qualify!!! DMV had them redo the inspection and lo and behold, it's taken care of. They cannot honestly tell me they spend that many hours with DMV yet I accomplished all, the call, emailing DMV, everything, in 30 minutes!! As far as I'm concerned, they got their $1,000 and left me out to dry, having to do their job for them!!! I'd rather walk then to have my car repaired by them again. I hate nothing more than an untrustworthy liar and that's what they are. So if you're looking for a reliable mechanic... KEEP LOOKING!!!!
