I initially had trouble signing up through my Health Insurance benefit, however I later received a call from Amanda, who was very polite and professional and went through the entire sign up process over the phone. She followed up with a text and a link where I could complete the signup process and access the gym through the Anytime Fitness app on my phone. I haven't been in to the gym yet, but was pleased with the customer service she provided. read more

If you pay in cash it makes things easier, the moment you add your card they make you sign a contract that adds charges all the time, make sure to read the fine print when signing a contract here, even when coming in they don't community well or know the information either. read more

I am a senior, have been a member for a number of years. I'm able to visit the gym in "non peak" times which is great! The gym is very clean, equipment is good, and the staff is friendly! Special shout out to Tyler who I birthday gifted myself with 4 1/2 hour trainings! My goal was to have several workout routines to avoid going to the gym, and wandering aimlessly! He helped me with that in 4 short visits. I knew a lot of the exercises, but learned I wasn't doing them correctly and definitely felt the difference! Highly recommend him as a trainer! read more

Started my week on Sunday drinking fountain not working. Tough to get a full workout without drinking water. Monday talked to anytime employee he said that owner knew about it on Monday. Now it's Thursday and still not working. New owners that are local, but same issues from before. Things break and takes weeks to fix. read more

I just joined as a Silver Sneakers member; free except for the $50 key fob. First and last visit was today...not going back again. The machines are in better condition than those at Paradise, but there are no lockers and only one shower. There's no problem getting in because nobody uses it; no soap, no bench to sit on while putting on socks, or even a hook to hang a towel on. The manager doesn't show up until 9 am, so I could not ask for my $50 back. Anybody want it for $25? read more

I'm not going to say anything bad about the staff, they were overall friendly. I would advise you seek any other gym besides this one. They are currently making people put $300 down when you first join the gym and they are charging $70 a month for their membership. Not only are the prices bad, they also make you sign a contract binding you to the membership for 12-18 months and for any other reason besides a crippling injury, you cannot cancel your membership without paying the rest of it off. Even after I was injured and couldn't go, they asked for more details about my injuries past the doctor's orders. I was told by the manager that it was cancelled and then I find out 4 months later that they were still charging me. I had to argue with the billing company for weeks to get refunded. Be weary of this place and do not let them rip you off like I had been. Don't just go here because it's close or convenient, you deserve better than this. read more

This gym is a scam! This gym charges almost $50 a month for a membership. I signed up because it was close and convenient but I quickly regretted it. The space is small and cramped. People that already workout there make you unwelcome! People stare at you like you just walked into someone's home. The staff don't care as much as these other reviews want you to believe. All these things combined made me want to cancel but to cancel you have to pay off the rest of the year!!!! I just stopped paying and now they have debt collectors trying to rob me of over $600. Please save yourselves and choose any other gym. This company is evil and only cares about the money instead of your health or fitness. I've been going to 24 Hour Fitness and I can say with 100% certainly it is a million times better then this excuse for a gym. read more

This place is a joke. We moved to Fallbrook in August and got two memberships for my husband and I. It's filthy the equipment has dust on it even the free weights the restrooms are constantly dirty not to mention some random person drive through the front entrance and now we can't come 24 hours and I know for me the hours they have now don't work with my job. I would think they'd offer a discount or something they were closed most of February and now we can only come here 6-9 Monday thru fri and sat 10-2. It's crazy. The trainer Levi stands around socializing whenever I've been in here meanwhile the gym is dirty and he isn't engaging anyone but young girls and high school kids. Not to mention they have us walking through the back and stepping over from what I seen was a homeless man and another man smoking meth. Meanwhile this employee is more concerned with flirting rather than safety and cleanliness. We won't renew our membership and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

It's now July and the gym is just now back open 24/7 after being open only 6am to 9pm Monday thru Friday , 10am to 2pm Saturdays and closed all day Sundays for almost FIVE MONTHS. Owners were too lazy to post these restricted hours here or on Google reviews or on the Anytime Fitness website even though this change to restricted hours started in early February. It's as if they couldn't care less about inconveniencing people who showed up and expected to find an open gym. read more

Anytime Fitness in Fallbrook is a terrific gym. First and foremost, it is very clean. The weights are wiped down constantly and there are many reminders to wipe down and put away equipment. Now that that fact is out of the way, let's get to the real reasons this gym is so great. The trainers - Hakeem, Xavier and Kevin - are top-notch. I just finished a 6-week program where one of them teaches class every day (Monday - Saturday). There are plenty of classes to accommodate schedules and they are limited in size so not crowded. I have been taught by all three trainers and gotten the benefit of their differing styles. They each pushed me to do my personal best through a lot of encouragement, positive reinforcement, and setting new limits for me as I got stronger and more agile. They also give "homework" to help keep me on track - which I appreciate because I love to just follow directions and not have to figure out my workouts on my own. It is amazing how I felt after 6 weeks, and I am now going to continue working with them. If you ever thought about doing a challenge, I highly recommend this one. The people who exercise at Anytime Fitness in Fallbrook are also very nice and encouraging. I am relatively new to the area, having moved here during the pandemic, so am grateful for the new friendships and friendly faces. Our classes also have some team-building aspects to them which are very fun. Note that there are people from all walks of life and levels in class, so you will have the opportunity to achieve your goals in a positive environment regardless of where you feel you may land on any spectrum of fitness. The equipment is in great condition and there is plenty of room to spread out. They also have an outdoor area if you want to stretch or train in the fresh air. The price for the program and monthly dues are very reasonable. It's a worthwhile investment in health! I really can't express how impressed I am in this gym. It feels like a second home but also provides all the personal and professional tools to set and achieve whatever your individual fitness goals are. If thought and opportunity collide - my suggestion would be to go see Kevin, Hakeem or Xavier and get yourself signed up. You'll be glad you did! read more

I just completed the 6 week challenge at the Fallbrook Anytime Fitness. If you are looking to get a jump start on eating better and losing some weigh, this is a perfect start. I've been trying to lose weight for some time now and tend to not stay consistent and after a few weeks I give up all together. This challenge and the trainers push you and give you the motivation to reach the goal. I met my challenge, plus some. Now that the challenge is over, I will be joining. If you do decide to join one of the challenges, I recommend keeping track of your measurements and weight ins for your own records and stay on top of them to get them done when they are supposed to be done. The classes and the staff are great. The gym is always clean and the members seem to wipe the equipment down when they are done using it. With Covid and everything else going on, I never felt like I was at risk. They do their best to make sure everyone follows social distancing and cleaning guidelines. The convenient hours and location make is a lot easier to stay on top of your game! read more

The gyms do tend to be smaller, but for a fairly private actual 24/7 gym, it's honestly the best deal I've seen for gyms. There's a good amount of locations and they're fairly different, some are more legs day focused and others are more chest with some really nice and new looking machines. I've been extremely happy here and if you're like me, looking for convenient gyms with small crowds and aren't trying to pay $60+ a month, this place is perfect for you. read more

Well, the gym is open. That's good, I guess. Very few options in a small town like Fallbrook, and it's either Anytime Fitness or Club Paradise which is the worst gym I've ever visited. So, Anytime Fitness it is. Let's see. Dirty and stained carpets which are torn and lifted up creating a safety hazard. Two of the bathrooms were closed today. The other two had no toilet paper and no soap in the dispenser. The equipment is pretty good, Life Fitness and Hammer Strength, but maintained terribly. Some of the cables are fraying now, creating a really dangerous situation. They're really dusty and pretty gross most of the time. They need to be commercially cleaned by people who know how to clean gym equipment. Most of the benches are torn but instead of repairing them they are covered in black and silver duct tape. Have you ever sat on or laid on benches with rough tape on them? The dumbbells were originally covered in rubber for safety, but all of the rubber is chipping and breaking off making them uneven, ugly and pretty gross. The TV reception on the cardio equipment is tentative, at best. I understand there has been an ownership change some time ago, too bad for us, I guess. I'm wondering if they forgot they own it and have left town? A note for the owner...a few holes in the wall could certainly be repaired. New carpet, new paint, professionally clean and service the equipment, replace dangerously frayed cables, replace the dumbbells, repair all the benches, and service the bathrooms and the star ratings are certain to go up. Just saying. Like I said, there are very few options in a small town. I was surprised, however, by a few reviews on Yelp that talked about how great and clean this gym was so I included a few pics for you, so you can make your own call. read more

I really love this gym it's great! BUT throughout my months that I've been there these men who hog the equipment for a good 45minutes , blast their music with a speaker and hitting on the women there who are minding their own business and working out. They always do it every chance they have , it's always a new girl or member who walks through the door, I've spoken to a few and they've said they felt uncomfortable. they've done it to me and backed off. I don't think it's appropriate. I feel like going to the gym is to better yourself not hit on women who are working on their sets I'm sure they make them feel super uncomfortable, These guys go in between 6-8pm one is short and Latin early 30s , the other is Latin and has a pho hawk early 20s the third is tall white early 20s. read more

Easy to join, not so easy to leave. Reminds me of the lyrics from Hotel California "'Relax' said the night man, 'We are programmed to receive. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave!'" Joining Anytime Fitness Fallbrook was easy. My emails were answered promptly. I paid a $40.00 refundable deposit when I started my trial membership so I could access the club at any time. I joined the club when my trial period ended and, as I usual do with gym memberships, I lost interest after a few months and quit going. Part of that was due to the fact the club wasn't staffed during the times I used it, so staff members weren't available to show me how to use the equipment. I was only shown how to use the treadmill, so that was the only piece of equipment I used. When my membership period was coming to the end, I tried contacting the Fallbrook club via email, Facebook messaging, and voicemail. Cue the sound of crickets. I then went to the club to give my 30-day notice. The office manager acknowledged he received my messages and apologized for not responding. He said he would talk to the owner about the refundable key fob deposit and the owner would contact me. More crickets. After four more weeks of crickets, I hand delivered my key fob to the office manager who once again said the owner would contact me. Tired of the sound of crickets, I contacted the owner directly. He informed me that the $40 deposit is not refundable after you join the club, but I could go back to the club and retrieve my fob in case I join another Anytime Fitness. Uh, no thanks. read more

Anytime Fitness in Fallbrook is my new favorite place to have a fun and engaging workout. The gym community at Anytime are all so inspiring, kind, and dedicated. I had Xavier as my personal trainer. He was very supportive and made sure I learned how to do a plethora of exercises both safely and correctly, all the while encouraging me to do my best. Thanks to Xavier's training, I am seeing myself lose weight and become more knowledgeable about different exercises. Much like the community, the gym atmosphere is amazing. The gym is very clean, has a great variety of machines, and a hardwood floor area for yoga/interval training. It's also never too crowded to ruin a workout. It's a fantastic gym that I highly recommend to my friends and family and I cannot wait to go again! read more

I've been living in Fallbrook, CA for about a year now and a few months back decided that it was time to invest in my health again. I decided to go with ANYTIME FITNESS and I'm loving that decision so far. Firstly, I love the security of the premises. All members are assigned a special entry-key. We use this to enter the gym. There are cameras everywhere and as you enter, your ID is logged; so every member is accounted for. The staff and personal trainers are also usually on-site during the weekday. The gym itself is well-kept, clean and updated. All of the equipment is in great condition (no tears in fabric or plastic) and I haven't seen an "out of order" sign yet! This tells me that the owners take pride in their establishment. Even the bathrooms/showers are spotless and maintained. For your entertainment, there are TV monitors all over the gym and the treadmills have viewing screens with cable TV and portable device inputs; so you'll never get bored while jogging/walking. There are specialty classes available, such as yoga and Core Fitness training. They also add more classes to the schedule, so be sure to keep your eyes open. Even though I know I'll never utilize the trademark feature of this gym, which is that it is "Open" 24/7, for the low monthly price of under $50, I just think this is the best gym I've been to yet. The ONLY reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because they don't have free wifi available. But I heard that they are working on that all now! Awesome! Highly recommended!! read more

Anytime Fitness is Fallbrook is easily accessible in the center of town; very convenient. I completed a six week challenge which consisted of attending , small group, training sessions lead by two of the trainers. The classes are held Monday through Saturday and offer different time slots to fit different schedules. The trainers are tuff but supportive at the same time. Xavier in particular knows how to push you to your limits so you get the most out of your work out. It was good to learn what I am capable of as I did find it challenging each session. I highly recommend this program to all who would like to tone, gain strength and lose fat. read more

If you have any other choices, please do not give these people your business. About six months ago I opened a membership for my grown son in Fallbrook, because he lived in Fallbrook. Then he moved to Temecula, but I couldn't get him on my electric bill and they will not stop charging me which is reminiscent of the 1980s for any of you who don't remember club memberships back then. Now they are threatening to send me to collections. If I don't resume payments even though they know I don't live in Fallbrook and that this is not for me.. it is unbelievably frustrating and unfair to deal with a business who absolutely refuse to listen to any reason about their membership policy. I thought those days were over but I was wrong. This is got to be the last place on earth who forces you into a membership that you can't possibly use and will not listen to any type of reason except just pay us the $50 a month plus the $100 that you paid for an initiation fee and if you don't pay we get to charge you for a late fee of $20. The only thing that matters is your money. read more

This place used to be awesome, and I truly enjoyed coming here to release some stress, that's what the gym is for right!? Not to be completely harassed by a person that works there because he hates women in the military. I hate to be the person to point something out, but to be completely honest I was blindsided and overall baffled at the individual who acted out on his personal views rather than realize he should act professional at his job. It's not okay to be insulted because we share common ground, this is a place to escape not to bring tension. I posted a 3 star post last week but after talking to owner about an issue I had about billing it's all good!. Love this gym especially when I can go in at odd hours and use all machines without waiting for people texting on their phones or standing in front of mirror admiring themselves and their small gains (la fitness) lmao!....veteran discount is also cool as well save $60 a year in membership fees.I highly recommend this gym especially in the wake of Cov 19 issues using a larger more public gym in my opinion will be a thing of the past because of more people touching and using machines in larger gyms as with this gym they have smaller memberships and you can access the gym 24/7 anytime ..thanks Darrell for your quick response ..Regards Dan read more

Worst gym ever don't go here. Manager never answers the phone or his email. People wearing sandals and there's barely any machines to work out on. No one cleans the machines and they're covered in sweat. You'd be better off going to any other gym in Fallbrook. $35 a month for 10 machines what a joke. read more

Friendly people, serviceable facility, but unfortunately safety is not taken very seriously. While there are signs everywhere to wear masks, trainers routinely go around with their noses uncovered, putting the health of everyone in the gym at risk. About twenty per cent of the patrons follow suit. Can't very well expect the everyday Joe's to act with consideration when the trainers don't. Yeah, I know masks are a hassle, but Covid is an infinitely larger one. read more
