The coaches instill great fundamentals in all of the members and don't push you into an unsafe environment. I was initially concerned about being able to keep up with the workouts for the first week, but it turns out ALL workouts and movements have multiple "scaled" versions, so all workouts are very beginner friendly. Also, the community is fantastic. All very friendly and outgoing (that's what makes this place special). You'll find people of all levels - much less about competing with each other and more about improving yourself. They even have 5AM and 6:15AM classes M-F, so you can get your workout in before work if you have family commitments after work. No excuses!

No consistency, no professionalism, just a typical bait-and-switch vibe. The place itself feels like a hole in the wall. Small, messy, and depressing atmosphere. Equipment is cramped, and overall it just doesn't feel welcoming or professionally managed. The manager, Jon, was especially disappointing. Very cold, unresponsive, and clearly not interested in helping or building any customer relationship. Just negative energy from the moment you walk in.
