Could this GYM be better than 24Hour fitness? It's a great contender for sure. We took a tour last Sunday with Jose and met with Tarik a former NFL for the Cowboys. He's super humble and knows what he's doing. Jose and Carlos took great care of us and Jose gave us a trial pass... I have a grandfather membership that I would like to keep so I'm going to most likely sign up for EOS as well. I like the option of bringing unlimited guests with you. I also like the movie theater room. The classrooms are smaller than LA fitness so you do have to SIGN UP for the classes to ensure space... The gym can get really crowded and I do see a lot of people waiting for machines. They don't have a wet sauna but, they do have a front and back parking lot. I like that there's an outdoor section of the gym too... EOS is really stepping up into the fitness arena! read more

For the price and the population this club is a steal! It's clean and organized. I do wish they got separate sauna for women and men. So women cna have more privacy if they end up in their swimwear for it. Currently it's so tiny that everyone is pretty much smelling each others sweats. Also I love their classes for this eos. Their instructors are really good and friendly. My favorites are Jeff, Tatiana and Kelly from the rhythm cycling/cycling . classes. Also Kelly is a huge inspiration when you meet her, she will push your limits! Cleanliness: very good Classes: enjoyable Equipment: very good condition Cardio theater : good movies with good audio Treadmills: a lot of them with newer screen , very popular Locker: overall clean, coed sauna Pool: decent and clean This is probably one of my favs eos. read more

For the past few years, most of the employees are top notch, friendly and professional. The gym does get crowded at times being it is "the best gym in the Temecula area" if not in So. Cal. The Front desk from Jerimi, Kira, Jez, etc. are top notch. Will go out of their way to assist you in your gym dealings. The pool surrounding cleanliness?????? The younger generation needs to learn about "California law" about photographing/ videotaping others in areas, where they had a reasonable expectation of privacy. But overall, this is the place to be. 110 stars out of 100. Come by and give it a try. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with the way this location has handled my situation. My wife and I signed up with a promotional free month and, before it ended, I personally went to the club to downgrade our memberships because we were not using the benefits of the higher-tier plan. Despite making the change before the annual fee was due, I was still charged approximately $156 for the old membership plan. Since then, I have visited the club multiple times over the course of several months trying to resolve the issue. Every time, I was told that a report had been submitted and that management was waiting for approval from the district office. The manager even met with me, reviewed the charges, and assured me that he would personally take care of the matter. He asked me to wait 10-15 days, but another month passed without any update. To make matters worse, I was told that, as compensation for the inconvenience, my wife and I would receive one free month of membership. That never happened either--we were charged as usual. What frustrates me the most is not only the lack of resolution, but also the attitude and lack of communication. After several months, I still have no refund, no clear explanation, and no timeline for when this issue will be resolved. I should have listened to the other reviews that talked about being charged after cancellation. I hate complaining, and I don't know anything about the actual fitness and condition of the gym. We paid our monthly dues on September 20th. My husband went in on the 26th to cancel his and my son's memberships and got talked into keeping my sons for $10 a month. Fine. But then we got charged again on the 26th $10 for my sons and another regular amount for my husband. I called and nothing was done. Disputed with my credit card company. And then this month was charged 72.97. I'm assuming for 2 months for 2 memberships. Going back in tomorrow. But this is unacceptable and now I'll be making sure my sons is completely cancelled as well. (Well I hope so at least). I'll update this review if this is taken care of appropriately read more

I received a call today from an EOS member regarding a membership I signed for a few days ago saying that I owed them $154 from 2023 and 2024. I informed them that I had canceled that membership years ago and they even confirmed the last time I checked in was May of 2015. 12 years ago!! What's a great way to get work off your mind? You go to the gym!! Went to this EoS off Temecula Parkway the other day to check it out and it was ok. I personally like the EoS Facility on MHS Rd much better. However, I'm impressed w John (Assistant Manager) at this location. I walked in, he had the biggest smile on his face, greeted me and made me feel welcomed. Sometimes a simple smile goes a long way!! This place was crowded. Might've been the time that I went (super packed and a lot of kids at the time). Parking is plentiful so no issues there. Inside, there were a lot of flies flying around. Equipment looks older and some had minor tears in some of the machines. I saw 1 staff member walking around wiping down the machines, so that was cool. I wasn't a fan of the womens locker room because the layout seemed a bit enclosed. The women's restroom was also filthy and smelled bad. My guy prefers this location because there are more machines that the MHS location does not have. This facility is one big open floor plan. It has a swimming pool and also has co-ed saunas. I was going to give 4 stars but John provided excellent member service so that's an additional star! Overall it's a nice facility but I prefer the MHS location better. I'd still come back here though since I find it fun going to different gyms. read more

Great gym! I go almost everyday and the place is so clean and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. Wyatt and Dave at the front desk are amazing. They are always willing to answer any questions i have or help me learn about new equiptment. Also, Kennedy Rhodda in the kids club is so kind and patient with my kids which makes my workout stress free. I hope Kennedy is there forever! read more

Charles is the perfect mix of motivating and inspirational; he knows exactly how to push me past my limits while keeping me focused on my goals. His energy is contagious! Beyond the workouts, he is incredibly accommodating and flexible with his schedule, which makes staying consistent so much easier. Been with Eos for just short of 7 months now, I am down 18 lbs! It is a marathon, not a sprint. Working towards my goal... Eos Temecula Parkway is nice, definitely above average with room to improve. Lockers near entrance don't work frequently and some are NEVER AVAILABLE, meaning an employee uses them or they have been broken the entire year thus far in 2025 (I signed up 12/24). They constantly clean which is great. However, a cleaner mopping the treadmill I am currently using is dangerous and unnecessary. I'd think this would be done late night or slower hours. Front desk employees are ALWAYS nice and smile. Wyatt is BY FAR the best at his job, super friendly and seems to know almost everyone's name. read more

This was my first time at Temecula Parkway and it is by far the best EoS IMHO due to the pool and co-ed sauna. It was nice being able to use the sauna with my partner, as Murrieta Hot Springs divides their sauna by gender. This location also is pretty large with artificial turf areas, and standard gym equipment comparable to Winchester and Murrieta Hot Springs. Overall, this is a nicely maintained and accessible gym by EoS. I would love to stop by again when I'm in the area. read more

First I don't mind this place just a couple of cons... Pros 1. Price 2. 24/7 availability 3. Great pool 4. Variety of machines and bball court 5. This gym has everything you need 6. Staff are friendly *We just mind our business and do what we came for but... CONS 1. People working out barefoot or with sandals/slides on. 2. No one wipes machines down 3. No accountability by staff to tell people to put their shirts back on, stop using cameras like the signs posted state in the locker room or wipe down machines. I should have read the reviews before trying out this gym. The man who was supposed to show me around the gym began attempting to fish out information from me when all I wanted was to try out the eos gym while in the area. I could tell immediately that the men at the front counter had a plan to sell me a membership or not allow me to access the gym at all. Very unfortunate. But we were able to try out La fitness for $20. Instead of paying $35 each person to try out the EOS gym for an hour. The lack of customer service skills is going to bring this establishment down. read more

Very rude team. I was a loyal member for 4 years and was terminated for unfair reasons. When i asked for their reason, they threatened to call the police. When my wife asked the lawful reason, they terminated her and threatened police on us. Another\nFriend of ours, who has been coming here for quite some time.Also which terminated for unjustified reasons. He had no problem with it , but when he asked about the reasons he was threatened with police as well. They threaten police on their members , and as much as they want customers , they're also looking for excuses to get rid of some. Even if the reason is justified or not. People here are rude and bougie. Too crowded, and only a couple of employees are respectful. I have been lied to about how to contact corporate, they gave us a email that did not have response. They were trying to hide their excuses , and we're not willing to explain any justified reasons. Petty games were played. So I went to another gym , and i've had no problems there. If I were you, I would try to boycott this gym.Because they act like they're so friendly and then turn around and bite you like a snake. Unlawful termination is one thing you may have to watch out for. Trying to ban people for life when they can only legally ban someone for a year's time. The manager Maddie is a really rude human being.Don't let her smile fool you. And one of the coaches zach mesa is also one that threatened revocation and police unlawfully , like they want to abuse emergency services. I joined EOS in mid-2023 and have been waiting to write a review until now. So far all has been pretty good. When I signed up I got the sales pitch for personal training sessions. The first offer was a little less than $200 (I can't remember exact amount). After I had said no over and over again, amazingly they offered me a 4 month session which was reasonable! So that's one thing, to be aware of. They will try to sell you on the most expensive plan. Don't cave. I was really impressed with Jeffrey, the first personal trainer I was matched with. He was just finishing up his Physical Therapist certification and he was so good to align my workouts to accommodate my many physical limitations. He left after a couple of months because he got a job with a PT company. I really got a lot out of my sessions with Jeff, so I sort of followed a similar regimen with Jeff's replacement, Serena. I had no issues cancelling my personal training sessions once the four month contracted time was complete. I don't use the women's locker room, the pool, nor have I taken any classes here. So I can't comment about these areas. Overall, the gym is well maintained. There are people cleaning throughout the day. It's a pretty big facility with a lot to offer. It's always pretty busy, so sometimes I don't get on all of the weight machines that I usually work out on. They do have a lot of treadmills and cardio machines. I've never had a problem with finding an available stationary bike. Check in is easy. Staff is friendly. Members are pretty respectful. I'm a satisfied customer! read more

I cancelled my membership when they screwed me hard. I'm military and was getting ready for deployment. I talked with their staff about transferring my account to my daughter as I wouldn't need it for several months. They assured me everything was good to go but a month into my deployment, my daughter tells me she was denied entry. EOS gym dropped the ball on me. They never transferred my membership. I paid for a gym membership that nobody could use, paying dues overseas. They really let my daughter and myself down. Complete disappointment and I will never sign up with EoS again after this. read more

Overall is a good gym better then our previous experience at LA Fitness, however somethings could be improved... i signed up with my 2 teenagers and they charged us 30% transaction fee in our auto payment without telling us... that cannot be legal! 2nd the only biceps machine is been broke for 3 weeks, they told me they have to wait 3 weeks to get the parts, being 1 cable, I think for such a large company they should keep this parts ready to replace quickly... 3rd I wanted to sign up up for a trainer & the minimum they make available is 4 months with 1 lesson of 25min x week for a total of almost $800!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I was taken advantage of by the staff and personal trainers when I went in to inquire about memberships. I already had an Active and Fit membership and went in to discuss changing gyms. Both my mom and nephew had died within 6 weeks of each other and I wanted help with my grief and thought working out would help. However, they pounced on me and started selling me workout packages and other stuff but then I cancelled my membership in September 2024 and never returned to the gym. They continued to charge me, never bothered to reach out to me to confirm my membership was active, and then RENEWED my contract for training without consulting me or getting authorization. As a disabled Veteran, I reached out to my military bank and they refunded these charged totaling $1,768 in credit card charges. Then, a few months later, EOS Temecula decided to charge me again for this amount. Fraudulent, unauthorized credit card charges to my account. Please be careful around them. Find another gym that doesn't use high-pressure tactics and refuse to let you leave the gym without signing you up for unnecessary charges or trainings! read more

I started going to this gym around August, and I really enjoy it. It can definitely get crowded at times, but that's common with all EōS gyms. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help if you need anything. I often see them wiping down the machines and cleaning the bathrooms, which I really appreciate. The gym also recently got new treadmills, and they work great. If you go here often enough, the staff even starts to feel like friends. My only real complaint is that there is only one Smith machine, and it's almost always taken, so I hope they add another one someday. Other than that, I'm happy to call this my gym and would definitely recommend it to others. read more
