I was told my account would be noted, but that I would not be allowed to use the gym until payment was made. I explained my situation several times, including that our back pay would be released soon, yet I was still denied access. It felt incredibly insensitive and discouraging to have to repeat my circumstances four different times just to ask for temporary understanding. I actually love Gold's Gym, which makes this experience especially disappointing. The gym has been my outlet during this stressful and emotional time, and to feel like I had to BEG to continue using it was truly disheartening. A little compassion and flexibility go a long way -- especially for loyal members going through situations beyond their control.

Service was excellent- Taylor was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. They offer free gym clothes if you need them. The showers were immaculate with Malin + Goetz products. There were also q-tips, razors, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and plenty of towels! If you don't have headphones, you can rent Bluetooth ones. A no-brainer if your flight is delayed, you have a long layover, etc. Check their hours for availability. To access concourse D you may have to go through security again but it's worth it! Flew on a Sunday and security was a breeze.

Butch and the rest of his staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and awesome. I have learned a lot in the first week and now know that every exercise can be modified to work for you! For example: I cannot do pullups but there are alternate exercises that get those same muscles working in hopes that one day I can accomplish them! All of the members have been very welcoming and the staff makes sure that they are providing tips so you are doing each and every exercise properly and safely. The gym is extremely clean and they ensure that everyone is following the proper protocols for Covid. I look forward to attending many more classes! The workout was solid today as well the strength portion was hang power cleans 5 sets of 5 I was able cycle through. The workout was 5 HPC, 200m row, and. 8 toes To bar. I was able to do the workout RX or as written the weight for the bar was heavy 105 for girls. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a gym. I'm happy at my current gym but I will say this place was defiantly well ran. The owner even put thought into how the lay out was to encourage new people. Upon walking in, the gym is super clean and spacious. The floor plan has the traditional PF design that I love as it makes it easy for me to get to my favorite machines. Along with being clean, the equipment is current/up to date, and the space is super HUGE! This is definitely a plus as it allowed me To be able to workout without feeling crowded or having anyone in my space. As I scanned in there were two staff members at the desk, both said hello and provided a pleasant greeting. Another plus as such a warm interaction helps to break the out of place feeling that comes with visiting a gym while on vacation. Special that's to the staffers who were on shift 03/16/24 at 9am. There is actually a fee equalling 15% of the full year price if you want to cancel, which for the once a week plan is $468. I definitely feel like I got scammed. And while I was reading the fine print on the multiple pages of the contract that the representative failed to provide me at sign up, I found a clause in there about how the program auto renews yearly. The exercise program itself seems good for getting started or building general fitness. However, I was told that I would receive a plan that was tailored to my personal goals, so I feel misled in this regard as well.
