Bait and switch. I signed up for a 16 week program and was told I would have the 'option' to continue the membership once the 16 weeks were up. Now I'm being told I have to continue paying for a full 12 months. Not cool. I'm a 64 year old woman and just didn't fit into the atmosphere at this gym. And, I was never told there was a mandatory requirement on attendance during the 16 weeks. No one seemed to care if I was there or not until it came time to leave. read more

The gym does not appear to have concern for Covid safety procedures (no masks required around the space 2. Cleaning equipment is sloppily set up around the gym (spray bottles and random rags, empty hand sanitizers) 3. Equipment is older and overall layout of the space is not updated I am not opposed to coming to get a workout in at the space, but I am not sold on making this a home gym location. read more

Forze is not your typical gym. Most places have a front desk, obnoxious sales people who breathe down your neck the whole time you are taking a tour, and stupid rules. Not Forze! They don't even have a front desk. There is a round table where people can just put their stuff and talk. There are no annoying staff members walking around either. Its very relaxed. There is a fridge with food and drinks inside and you just leave money in a box on the wall. You can also bring friends in with a 5 day pass. Its also open 24 hours so you just let yourself in with your FOB. Since I signed up, Forze has hosted two competitions which is great way for people to come get involved with fitness and check out the gym. That community aspect is something really special that you won't find at a corporate gym. From the time I came in to inquire about a membership, to the time I left with my key FOB, I knew this was a great gym for me. We came here looking for a gym that didn't have that corporate gym vibe and this is just that! The owner is almost always at the gym sitting in the loft or working out or socializing. He is very up front and to the point when it comes to joining the gym but very hospitable and friendly. Forze has everything you can think of from squat racks, deadlift platforms, free weights, climbing ropes, gymnastics rings, TRX, monkey bars, peg boards, all kinds of barbells, a yoke, cardio equipment, kettlebells, medicine balls, personal trainers, resistance equipment, cables, benches, tires and hammers, and more! Awesome experience. The owners responded to my emails quickly, and they worked it out for me to come for two days while I was visiting from out state. Great fun with tons of equipment. There were always a lot of people there, at every fitness level, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I absolutely suggest this gym if you're from out of town. Fantastic gym with plenty of equipment and weights plus open space for free weights. 3 great power racks. At least one rack is usually open, unless it's really busy in there. I prefer to come in on weekdays mornings before work. 24-hour access is nice and have used it on occasion. Friendly coaches and regulars, I have never once had to deal with a grumpy or foul-mouthed lifter. Clean bathrooms and showers, never stinks. Best part has to be the natural lighting, the gym has 8' windows on 3 sides and skylights. I work indoors, away from windows. I love coming in and seeing the trees and sky when I'm working out. read more

I have been to many gyms and even worked in a large chain gym for a few years. This gym is small, but it has everything you need. Weights, cardio (bikes, ellipticals, and stair machines), kettlebells, bosu balls, mats, TRX equipment, personal trainers, classes and even a small smoothie stand. It is open 24 hours with key card access. I usually go early in the morning around 5 am and there is a good amount of people. Not so much that it is crowded and you have to wait for equipment, but an amount that makes me feel safe. I have been a little before 5 am and it was pretty empty and a little eerie to me. But if you want to be the only one in the gym to get your workout on, then that is the time to do it! I have also been several times in the evenings after work and it's pretty busy. The women's locker room is nice and clean. There are only two stalls, but I've never had to wait for a restroom. There is a small blow dryer for members to use, but if you have a lot of hair, then you should bring your own. I really enjoy working out at this gym and even venture outside for some running as it is on a nice stretch of 43 that has a sidewalk. In the back, there is a basketball hoop and big tires to turn over if that's your kind of thing. Everyone here is pretty friendly and considerate of others and their workout space, which is nice. I love when people have good gym etiquette. read more

Finally, a 24-hour gym that's not too far away from my place. Fairly spacious and an excellent set of free weights and machines. Right now, it's not too crowded, so there's virtually no wait for the equipment. The owner is very cool and takes the time to talk with you. Can't wait to see what they have planned during the spring and summer in terms of workout classes. read more

I recently contacted these guys after a search for a personal trainer. One of the things that drew me to this place was that it is locally owned as well as it is not required to have a membership to work with one of their trainers. I went in and met with the owner who gave me a tour and discussed my needs with me. He then had one of their trainers contact me to set up a meeting. I met the trainer a few days later and we discussed my goals and set up our first session. I liked that he was very focused on helping me get exactly what I wanted out of the training rather than pushing things on me that I really was not interested in (diet, etc.). I have had two sessions with the trainer so far and so far I am happy. I plan to continue to work with him to achieve my goals. As far as the facility, it is nice and the equipment is up-to-date and seems pretty well taken care of. If I wasn't already a member of a different gym, I wouldn't hesitate to join here. read more

This is probably my favorite gym of all time! My boyfriend and I have been coming here for about a year and a half now, and we'd never choose to go anywhere else. The membership prices are super affordable, the staff is helpful, and the personal trainers that train at this gym are some of the friendliest people I've ever met. All the other gym-goers I've spoken to have been incredibly nice. Tom, the owner, always makes sure his gym is full of the best and newest equipment there is, and he really takes his time to talk to you if you need anything or if you come in for a tour. If any of the machines are ever out of order, they are fixed promptly. The 24 hour access is so useful when you need it. The atmosphere in this gym is all-around amazing, and I always look forward to working out here. If you're looking for a new gym, give this one a try; I'm sure you won't want to go anywhere else after you take a tour and talk to a few people there. read more
