The training staff is more than qualified and even offered a few pointers while I was there. The actual Snap Fitness staff is also amazing while handling all calls and membership fees/ questions extremely quickly. The facility is equipped with machines, and directions on them if you do not know how to use them, as well as a full wall of free weights. I would recommend this gym if you are on a budget, and would recommend it for any type of fitness goal.

The manager had just gotten there and refused to give us a day pass because he was just in "to get a quick workout in" it was clear to me that he had no intention of doing his job of assisting my friend and I. We had zero issues getting a day pass at the Sedona location with far friendlier employees. The man at the Prescott location had an air of arrogance about him with not wanting to give us a day pass simply because he didn't want to take the time to set it up. His workout was clearly more important than the acquisition of new members and assisting them in any way. He quite literally told us to go to the YMCA (which we did) and had a wonderful workout with far better employees. Some hospitality training should be given to the gentleman at snap fitness. He should work out his ability to interact with people instead of a half ass lunch workout. 0/10 :) good luck!

We're not members but come for their pool 1-3x a year, it's never been crowded every time we have…read moregone. Which is nice!! It's around $15 for my son and I to and swim, I like that they have a family room where you can store your things in lockers, they have bathrooms w/showers in the family room, I still bring all my belongings out in the pool area, you can bring your own snacks which is convenient. My boy who is 11, likes to swim in the deep area, he did have to take a swim test his first time to make sure he can swim in that area, once he passed, they made him wear and orange bracelet, now anytime we go, we just tell a lifeguard he passed and they're ok with him just grabbing a bracelet and putting it on every time, no need to take test again. When we would go, on weekends, water slide doesn't open till 11, overall this is a convenient place to go when you feel like swimming. With it being indoors though, the chlorine smell is strong, but tolerable. The lifeguards are very nice as well.

I reached out because I wanted to either pause my membership (my card was compromised and my summer schedule is busy) or discuss other membership options for the summer. After going back and forth and hearing the available options, I decided it made the most sense to cancel. I ended up giving 29 days' notice, and despite being only one day short of their strict 30-day cancellation policy, they would not make any exception and will be charging me for another full month. I understand that policies exist, but I also believe good customer service should take loyalty and circumstances into consideration. Being charged an entire additional month over one day feels unreasonable and not very customer-focused. While I've appreciated the classes, this experience has definitely changed how I feel about the studio and how they handle member relationships.

With the smaller class sizes, the teachers take the time to get to know each person, make recommendations for adjustment to maximize your workout and minimize creating potential injuries. I've tried other studios with larger class sizes and have found that the workout results were hit or miss, however at Soar, I get a great workout every time. You know it's a good workout when you can feel muscles you didn't know you had for a day or two after - and I love it! Great for any age, or any skill level.
