They took over for ARBE purchase the name and not honoring warranty anyways. On yelp it advertised for $39 dollars for maintenance . Not sure about this company. Original the planned on coming out last week. Then the storms. I understood before my problem was minor a few nails before the old trip which was about 1.5 years old became loose. Poor installation. Anyways don't use this company. They became a big clearing house for 800 number. I don't see quality. Ok update. The management is trying so the are Honoring the advertisement vs old warranty price so I up my rating to reflect the future working relationship. read more

This is a difficult review to write because it is a mixed bag of extremes. It is my opinion that the tradesman who came was excellent. First class. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable. I'll know in a little while if the repair components he used are any good. I suspect that they are, I will also say That he showed up sooner than I had otherwise planned. My springs broke, and until my neighbor came to help me pull up the door, I was locked in my house and my schedule looked doomed, but I was able to get out and get on with my day and the tradesmen showed up as indicated fairly soon after my call. That's all the good stuff. My single biggest complaint is the egregious predatory pricing. they completely took advantage of my circumstances unapologetically. That single aspect, since I am also in the retail services business very much disturbed me. There is a strong aroma of private equity roll up here which rarely puts the Customer first if ever. so proceed with caution and if time allows shop around. I did not have the time And I went into this with my eyes open. but if I have the time in the future with a problem with my garage door, I'm not so sure I'd call these guys. If you don't care about the pricing they are probably OK. At the moment I will characterize this as apparently premium service accompanied with premium egregious pricing. So all in I'm going to give it one star solely because of the egregious pricing model. I'm looking forward to the owner's response if they will even bother. Perhaps there's a rational explanation and if there is, I will publicly apologize for this harsh review. Also note that on the other one Star reviews ownership did not respond. That is a BAD BAD indication. Proceed with caution. read more

He also checked the door for any problems and gave me a report. I trust this company since they have been handling my garage door issues for many years. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Anytime Garage Door was beyond frustrating. Their technician was extremely unprofessional and clearly lacked the expertise to fix my garage door properly. Initially, they replaced my broken garage spring with the wrong size and model. Not only did this fail to fix the problem, but it also made the situation worse. I had to call them back two more times to address the issue. Each time they came out, they charged me a hefty fee of around $300, and each time the problem remained unresolved. After wasting so much time and money, I finally gave up and called another company for help. The new technician at another company immediately identified the issue: the spring they installed was far too weak to support my heavy wood garage door. He replaced it with the correct, stronger spring, and the door has been working perfectly ever since. I can't understand how Anytime Garage Door has so many positive reviews. My experience was completely the opposite, and I feel these reviews are very misleading. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. Wanted to replace 3 panels that were damaged. They came out and measured, called with a quote, we paid. Took almost a month for them to come in. I was given a 4 hour windows 9 am-1 pm. Took half a day off. At 1:15 still hadn't shown up, called couldn't get an ETA. finally showed up at almost 2:30. 2 of panels were the wrong size. Insisted on a Saturday install. Again given 9 am-1pm window. Its 1:30, no one is here yet. Now they say it'll be after 2pm. ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER! I would avoid this company like the plague!​ read more

I had a good 1st experience with this company. I had them service my garage doors on 12/19/23 b/c a door was not closing due to a sensor. The service professional, Zachary, readjusted the sensor and completed a standard maintenance. In the notes of the invoice, he stated that my garage doors were in great shape and fully functional, and only required general maintenance in the future. Just shy of a year later, one door was not closing due to the sensor and called to schedule maintenance. On this occasion, Hanzel was assigned to perform the service. According to Hanzel, he claimed all three doors were running heavy, the rollers were dragging, the bearings were loose and recommended replacing the them. His quote was well over $1500. I declined the offer because it seemed outrageous and it cost a little over $3k to replace all 3. Then, he said he wanted to show me the dent in the garage door. The dent had been there for a few years - just a blemish. I said that didn't bother me. He persisted so I asked him to show me what he was talking about. As he pointed out the dent, he began pulling on it, claiming it would get progressively worse and mold would develop. I said that door wasn't used very often and there were no other issues. After continued pressure, I said fine, order the part. The very next day, the dent had grown two times the size and made a sound that sounded like metal bending. So I called Anytime Garage to explain what happened. It felt like he was pressuring me to purchase unnecessary parts while simultaneously creating further damage to the door with the dent. I said I was not asking for my money back just bc I caved. I was reporting this incident because he made the dent significantly worse and he employed a hard sales pitch/pressure tactics to get me to cave. I wanted it on record in case another customer experienced the same service. The receptionist said she would send a senior service agent, Mike, to look at it and double check. So I explained what had happened to Mike and all he said was that this is what happens. I said that Hanzel created an issue where there wasn't one. The dent grew in size and there was a significant sound the very next day. He said this will always happen. I said that it happened immediately following his visit and that it was no coincidence. I grew more frustrated that he wasn't addressing the real issue. Instead, he repeatedly stated "that is just what happens when there's a dent." I did not yell or raise my voice. I simply reiterated his explaination lacked common sense. Any person with a shred of common sense would draw the same conclusion I had. He responded by saying that maybe I'm going "through something" -implying that my emotions were getting the best of me. I said there is nothing problematic in my personal life. I explained that I just landed a dream job, I was in a great place and that he had a lot of nerve insinuating I was emotional. I asked him to stop gaslighting me. It was at that point I pulled the maintenance report from the year prior - showing him his colleagues notes which stated the garage doors were in great shape. He's still claimed that the problem was inevitable. Unfortunately, I purchased the part which includes the installation for the garage door so I scheduled them install it to avoid wasting anymore money. I won't dive into the fact that there were scheduling issues/miscommunications on there end too. I will not use this company in the future. If anyone asks me for a recommended garage door repair company, I will share my experience with this one. read more

They offered to come out and see what the problem was for no service charge. Erwin Moreno was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem, suggested a few other services. I declined some but accepted others. No pressure, just a good explanation of the issues. He did what I requested quickly. I was impressed. I am too often disappointed in the professionalism of service people but Erwin gets 5 stars. read more

When he determined that the problem could not be repaired, he worked with me and his management to negotiate a fair price for a new opener. He prioritized our needs and was not "up-selling" additional work that is not needed at this time. We went to leave our house yesterday am but garage door wouldn't go up so I called the company that put out garage door opener in 5 years ago but he sold the company and Anytime Garage door took it over . Well k must say I was worried at first because we loved Click it but Erwin was absolutely amazing and very good at what he does . He new right away the spring system the builder put in was really cheap Dwayne Robinson all internal springs in a rod which I have never seen bring we have owned 10 houses. He said he didn't carry the parts but could order them but he didn't know how long it would last . He also offered to change it to a normal system with stronger springs that would last and he had all the parts in his van he also wanted us to upgrade to nylon wheels to make it a smoother roll and easier on the motor being their was wear . We did it all Erwin gave us a fair price it took a couple of hours snd he did a great job and was so nice and professional. You will be happy to have him fix your garage door !
