These guys are amazing! I dropped my car key remote & the battery must've fell out of place, as it was no longer working. I only visited to get assistance on opening my car key remote, as I was not able to due to the screw being stripped. When I asked for assistance, 2 of the gentlemen stopped what they were doing & assisted me right away. BEWARE of this place. I went in the store mainly to ask a few questions. 1. Do you program car fobs, because I had lost my keys. I had ordered a new fob and car key online; and was just waiting for them to arrive. 2. I asked do you cut car keys. The gentleman at the counter said yes to both questions at the cost of $125 dollars to program the fob and $8 dollars to cut the key. Thank god I live in America; and have many options. I finally went to the car dealership to ask the same questions. I paid $20 dollars to program the fob and $5 dollars to cut the key. What a rip off. It may sound funny about a locksmith, but I love this store and its owner. Ever since I found out years ago that Adam - the guy behind the counter - is the owner, I've made it a point to patronize this business. I will do anything I can to try to support local businesses, and he definitely deserves my support! Adam has always been very friendly and fast when I walk in to have keys made. Recently I needed to have an emergency lock change because my roommate stole them some things and bailed on me. Adam showed up in about an hour and a half, keyed my gate, my front and my back door all to the same key and made me extras right on the spot. Adam's team were very knowledgeable about my issue. Had a Dodge Durango with a stuck lock I couldn't start the ignition. They said if I were to able to get it started on my own they would be able to give me a better rate and even told me how to do it but I wasn't able to succeed. Great, honest, military supporting local business. Went in to get a key made for my 2004 civic. It was explained to me that to make that specific key was on the higher price end and actually suggested other places like the dealer to get it made where i may get a better deal. I support that type of loyal and honest local business. They looked out for my best interest and not the bottom dollar. I will always pay more for honest business than than be another number.
