They came out today and were in and out pretty fast. Pumped our tank twice and replaced a lid. Only complaint? We had another septic company, Environmental Cleaning Systems, come back to us with a quote after we gave AS the go ahead and it was half of what AS quoted us. Not an awesome feeling. If I had it to do over, would have called a few other companies first. Learned that lesson! read more

Had an alarm on our aerobic system. Based on experience we expected to have to pump out the system. We called several service providers and Anytime Septic was the first to return the phone call. We received a quote to pump out the system of $300 on the phone. When they arrived, they pumped out the system (which needed to be pumped out) and then investigated the alarm. In less than a minute the technician said your aerator pump is not working. With that I asked if he had one on the truck. He said he did, and that it would cost $1500. I said "that's a lot of money for that pump". His response was "do you want it or not". I responded "you got it, put it in". I saw him take the pump out of the box in the truck, and asked him for the part number. He refused to supply it, telling me I could get it off the pump after it was installed. I actually did the installation of the pump and the wiring myself while he pumped out the system. Total bill was $1800. After he left I got the part number off the pump and found that the exact same pump sold online for $287 delivered. I contacted Anytime Septic and explained that a profit of $1200 on a $287 pump seemed excessive. After calling, texting and emailing I was finally able to speak with someone directly. In the conversation they said they couldn't figure out how the technician came up with the price for the pump and installation service (which took 10 minutes). They eventually refunded us about $600. We appreciated the refund, but if we weren't persistent we would have ended up paying much more than what the job was worth. In the future we will do a better job of comparing services provided by such companies and get the quotes in writing. Anytime Septic needs to make sure their technicians are not charging customers an excessive amount that can't be justified. read more

Called them at 2pm on a Tuesday and they showed up at 10am on Wednesday. I dealt with a guy named John, great guy and great worker. Got our system in order and functioning all very quickly. I will recommend anytime septic to everyone. read more

lied to my face about water pump price told me they cost 800 and they normally only run between 250 and 400 - only reason I paid for the installation and warrant was due to the price they gave me asked for cancellation of warranty within 2 days of service and money back for that and told them I wouldn't have paid that much had they not lied about the price. You can not trust this company - call anyone else. read more
