Despite it being nesting season, these guys came and cut down every single tree in my mom's neighbors yard without checking for nests and without checking for tree fall. huge branches were blocking my mom from leaving her house in the morning, and then we found two dead baby owls who had been killed falling from their nest. way to go read more

After using Anytime Tree Service, 7 months ago, I received different results this time. Now that a few months have passed, I've noticed the tree that they trimmed is now starting to die. In addition to that, my neighbor complained of a branch that had dropped on our 90 year old brick wall and chipped off some bricks. Because the wall is so old, there is no repair solution that does not result in an eyesore. I'm not sure if I received a different crew this day, compared to the stellar job that I received 7 months ago. The tree in question is an older tree that was in good health, and was overgrown in fact. I just can't take a chance on this company again. Mistakes happen, but I don't have the money to allow for damage control after the fact. read more

Gonzalo's crew did an outstanding job on our yard. They arrived on time, worked very hard and were very nice. They trimmed our palm, lemon, bottle brush, and orange trees. In addition they removed all our dead brush, weeds, willows and vines. And they ground out all of our tree stumps and fixed any broken sprinklers. This Company removed one of my neighbor's tree and the foreman came to my house asking if I needed any trees trimmed. I had them shape and trim my huge grapefruit tree. First of all, I felt they were too expensive. Second, they barely took any branches off. I will probably have to trim the tree again in a few months. The thing that has made me the angriest is they dented and tweeked one of the posts on my patio. I don't even understand how they did it. Now the supporting post is loose and I will have to have that fixed some way. Do not use these people!! read more

I was very pleased with Anytime Tree Service today. Gonzalo gave me an estimate on trimming 7 trees, several palms, and cutting down a huge queen palm which was damaging my house foundation. I had gotten two other estimates but was glad I chose this company. They came the next day with a full crew and were so efficient. All the trees look professionally trimmed and they left my yard so clean! They even left me two yellow lemons on my patio table which they "saved" from the major trim :). This company is responsive AND responsible. Gonzalo was very knowledgeable in discussing the best ways to protect the integrity of the large pines and other trees that needed to be thinned and trimmed. He walked the property with us afterwards to ensure we were completely satisfied with what had been done. On the day they came to do the job, his crew covered plants, sprinklers, even windows to protect our property while they worked, and took that same great care with neighboring properties they had to access [the neighbors were impressed!]. AMAZING WORK!!! Gonzalo and his workers are great!!! Gonzalo is straight to the point, gives suggestions if needed, and really cares about his customers. We had 4 palm trees removed, 1 HUGE pine tree removed that was right above our swimming pool, and 1 Brazilian Pepper tree removed as well. All that for an amazing price. Hundreds less than what was quoted from other tree service companies we called. They even brought a blue tarp to cover our pool so that no pine needles fell in. The crew did remove the palm tree, bird of paradise plants, and banana trees that I paid to have removed because they were pushing my fence over. I asked several times if the stump grinding would prevent the plants from growing back. I was assured that they would not return. However, within a month, they are growing back. I have spoken to the gal who answers the phone at Anytime Tree Service about this 3 times in the last month. She says she will have Gonsalvo contact me. I still have not heard back from him. I also asked her several times to mail me an invoice over the last 3 months - still have not received it. Finally, when Gonsalvo came out and gave the estimate, he said he would have his crew prop up the fence, but when they came out they knew nothing about it and said they couldn't do it. Gonzalo Is fantastic! We went through SEVERAL other tree companies who were either overpriced or never even bothered to show up for the estimate. Gonzalo and his crew are on time , professional , offer very reasonable rates , and do clean work ( they are very careful and NEVER hit anything they shouldn't ) . I contacted them twice. The lady who answers their phone is very amicable, but they didn't follow through. I was told the first day that they would try and go by my place for a quote. Never heard from them. I called a 2nd time and was told "for sure" I would get a response from them that evening. Never heard from them. Guess they don't need my business...which is a shame as they were recommended to me from a family that has been using their service for years. But my business will go elsewhere. read more

He offered a really good price to remove one tree and trim a few others. He said he would call back to schedule but I never heard from him again. Gonzalo came out and gave a fair estimate. The next day he brought out a crew and did the entire job, and it was a big one! Front and back yards needed trees trimmed, hillsides dug up, and two trees taken out - and one of them was a HUGE palm that had been dumping in my pool for years.
