The guys were amazing with not only our things but our dog as well, they even tossed his ball a couple times for him! Not only was this move the smoothest we've had in a long time but the three guys doing were a dream team! We had a blast chatting with them and hanging out, felt like friends came to help us move! I'll never use anyone else now!

The WORST moving company I've ever dealt with. 801 Moving…read moreCompany is a complete disgrace. If you care about your furniture, your time, or basic human decency -- DO NOT HIRE THEM AND DO NOT BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS. I went out of my way to clearly communicate my expectations before the move: everything needed to be fully wrapped and handled with care. They acknowledged it. They agreed. And then they showed up and did the exact opposite. They didn't even bother to wrap my furniture properly. My dresser and my nightstand were rolled out on a dolly with just a blanket draped over the top -- the entire bottom fully exposed and unprotected. I have photo evidence. This wasn't a mistake. This was how they operate. One of their movers was missing for half the move, and the rest of the crew took 30 minutes to drive across the street. Yes, literally across the street. The level of carelessness and unprofessionalism was beyond anything I've ever experienced. When I confronted them with proof, they first admitted the crew took shortcuts -- then quickly flipped the script and tried to claim that throwing a blanket over a piece of furniture is their "standard practice." That's not a standard -- that's pure negligence, and they had the nerve to defend it. They refused to take accountability. They denied the damage was their fault. And instead of making it right, they offered me a half refund and called it a "goodwill gesture." This company is a scam. They cut corners, gaslight customers, and hide behind empty policies when they're called out. Avoid 801 Moving Company like your furniture depends on it -- because it does. I wouldn't trust them to move a cardboard box, let alone real furniture.

I was able to take a few days to load up the Unit, then gave them a call and the next day they picked it up and moved it to my new house. I wish I would have reserved more straps because they work so well. I used some of my own straps and they did not work as well as the straps unit lets you rent. I was able to move my 3 bedroom house in one single unit. They were very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We moved much of our clutter and storage into the unit before even listing our home. It really helped our home show well - we were able to receive multiple offers and sell in two days. I know it was largely because we were able to stage and declutter by having our extra storage/furniture in the unit. I was so surprised at how much we were able to store in the Unit. It was such a convenient process being able to load our things in, have them stored and then the unit delivered to our new home. Everything was done in our own time frame. The employees are very professional and customer service is unmatched. I would never think twice about using their services again or hesitate to recommend Units to a good friend!

I genuinely have no words to explain how horrific Monument Valley Moving made our moving…read moreexperience. First of all, their Sales manager Todd definitely makes you think you can trust him but that certainly isn't the case at all. He has no idea what he's talking about or he's just blatantly lying to get a sale. He quoted us $2,100 and said we could fit about 20 more boxes if we wanted to with the space we have in the truck and it wouldn't cost much more. We didn't know until the day of when the movers would be there and he hadn't confirmed anything with us. Then the movers arrive and demand $1400 more than what was originally quoted because they said each additional box was an extra $140 (not what we were told at all and that's insane). After arguing for 30 minutes with them they refused to pack our things until we paid and we were left with no choice as we were moving the next day. Todd told us it would take at maximum 3-10 days for delivery, it ended up taking 17 days. In between pick up to delivery, he completed stopped answering my calls and was unable to get any help on the matter at all. When the delivery finally came all boxes were completely destroyed, broken kitchen supplies, broken TV, nothing was protected with packing supplies at all. This has been an experience from hell and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even if you are on a budget it's not worth it because in the end you will get scammed.

In the claim they offered $100 because I did not have a RECEIPT for the mirror. Our estimate was also underestimated, and we were given an approximately $5,000 overage bill, when the truck arrived from SLC to WA MANY items were broken and mis-labeled and most were due to shotty packing and fragile items in boxes with heavy items. We needed an overflow truck due to the underestimated load and when the overflow truck finally arrived several items were missing, on the obvious items my husband immediately called Lincoln and told him, he said he would check with the people who shared the truck but never found the items and when I placed a claim on the other items that we eventually noticed were missing the comment from the claims department was we signed the bill-of-lading when the truck was emptied so we could not place a claim on missing items, I suppose we should have had the driver/movers sit in our driveway for weeks as we unpacked all the boxes. Horrible customer service and lack of responsibility. I also wish I would have gone with the more expensive bid that we received because Baileys cost us much more than the next affordable option, plus they broke an item that had extreme sentimental value and many more items. I caution anyone considering them for their move especially if you are requiring help packing, they also counted the majority of the box that we personally packed in the cost estimate.

I contracted Bailey's Moving & Storage for a local move in Saratoga Springs (Dec 2025/Jan 2026). My…read moremove included a 77-inch LG OLED TV, which was specifically inspected by Lincoln Kelley during the consultation. To ensure total safety, I purchased Maximum Value Protection ($72,296.00 declared value) and paid a $533.18 premium specifically for this coverage. The TV was professionally "Carrier Packed" (CP) by Bailey's team into a specialized TV carton. Upon delivery from SIT on Feb 7, 2026, the TV was found to be non-functional. Despite reporting this within 3 days and having paid for the highest level of insurance, Bailey's has rejected the claim. The Facts: - Paid for Protection: I am not asking for $0.60/lb; I paid a $533 premium for Full Value replacement. - Professional Packing: Bailey's packed the item themselves in their own specialized carton. A replacement 77-inch LG OLED currently costs between $2,000-$3,200. Bailey's has taken my insurance premium but refuses to provide the coverage I paid for. Prospective customers: Be warned that "Maximum Value Protection" with this company may be a meaningless expense.

We had a very disappointing experience with All Smiles Moving…read more My mother-in-law booked them based on an estimate provided ahead of time (03/26/26) and paid a deposit. However, on the day of the move (04/09/26), they presented a new estimate that was higher than what was originally agreed to. Before the movers even arrived, my husband had already done a significant amount of the work himself, he moved all the boxes into the garage and disconnected the washer and dryer. The only items left in the home were the large furniture pieces. When the two movers arrived, they even commented that this was going to be an "easy move" because of how much had already been done. We were told a crew of 3 movers would be handling the job, but only 2 showed up for most of the move. A third mover didn't arrive until the last couple of hours to help with the unloading. Because of this, the move took longer than it should have and since they charge hourly, that directly increased the total cost. This seems like normal practice for them, a bait and switch. They also spent an excessive amount of time (about an hour) just wrapping furniture, which again added to the bill. At the end, the total came out to nearly $1,000 significantly more than expected. On top of that, we received inconsistent paperwork with different versions of the agreement, which makes the charges even more questionable. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and misleading. Despite the amount of prep work done ahead of time, the job still took longer and cost more than it should have. If you're considering using this company, I would strongly recommend getting everything clearly locked in writing and confirming crew size before the move starts. Unfortunately, we would not use them again.

All 4 people who showed up were extremely courteous, well mannered and respectful of each other, myself, my grandparents, my home, and the piano. They took such great care moving something so special. Safety was of the upmost priority and they took care to make sure the piano was well padded and set so that it wouldn't get damaged in the short drive. I was a little taken aback by the price tag of $250 to move a piano a short distance, but by the end, it was the best $250 I could have spent. I had zero worries, even in the rain. These guys are also very strong- my grandparents and I were amazed by their strength and ability to move the piano so fluidly and safely and knew a special heirloom was in safe and capable hands.
