There was a bit of a snafu with their arrival time but when they arrived, they got immediately to work. They loaded and boxed and wrapped furniture, along with packing the big things I couldn't. They were loaded by lunch time, took a lunch break and arrived at my new location ready to go. The second location had steps and they all took turns getting things upstairs. They placed a big cabinet inside the very large closet of one bedroom, which was a great idea and took up less floor space in the bedroom. They were done about 4 hours later. Through the whole process, everyone was cheerful, hard working and thorough. If I ever have to move again, and I pray that I won't, I would choose them again in a heartbeat.

They showed up early and were already backed up to my gate with the Uboxes open and ready to start loading. They scheduled my move for two hours and finished in one hour! They carefully wrapped all of my furniture in moving blankets and packed my stuff into the boxes so that the next movers, who will be moving me into my new apartment in a new city, won't have any issues. Not all of them, but I saw one of the movers move my purse back to where it was. I went to see why he even touched it and noticed my wallet had been opened and nearly $200 cash was gone. I approached the manager who was there supervising and she apologized and told me she would get to the bottom of it. She took them in to my garage...I heard laughing and shouting. They then came out, apologized but stated no money was found. She then confided that she thought she knew who it was. I told her who it was. They left and that was the end of it. I wish I had the wits about me to call the police, but I was in a state of shock. It makes me sick to think about, but I will never use this company again and highly recommend you avoid them to! There are more professional, smarter moving companies out there that conduct themselves with integrity. Don't waste your money on these guys.
