My son became unexpectedly gravely ill and had to move to a lower elevation due to serious health issues. There was no time to take anything except bare essentials at the time. I took on the assignment of finding a moving company to pack the home/garage completely and move everything they own 7 hours away to another state where he has been hospitalized since. Rafael and I spoke on the phone and I explained our situation and that we needed fast service since my son could not live at a high altitude any longer. He responded that his company could provide the service we needed the next week. They did a very nice job of packing and delivering most of the house contents to North Las Vegas. The following week he brought the rest of the furniture and contents of the garage. There was still more material to dispose of from the garage and yard. He came back a 3rd time to finish disposing of that material at the local dump site. We exceeded our budget for the move, because of underestimating the time and effort required to complete the work. To say that this company and these men will forever be my absolute heros wouldn't even be giving them justice. Due to unforseen medical issues that my husband faced, completely unexpectedly, I was given less than 36 hours to pick and choose between all of our belongings and pack them in a normal sized 4 door truck (so not a whole lot of room there) knowing that I would never be coming back to my home which then meant that I would also now have to find somebody that I could trust to completely pack all of our belongings (which consisted of A LOT of various fragile items, amongst other things of course) and move everything 6 hours away all while I was unable to even be in the home with them at all throughout this whole process - a daunting task to say at the absolute least. These men took this challenge and handled it and everything that came along with it with nothing shy of absolute grace, finesse, and tact. They completely knocked out any and all fears that I had which allowed me to stay calm (I'm also 7 months pregnant ) and keep my focus shifted on the more pressing matter that I had at the new place we had to move to. (I.e. baby, my husband that is in and out of the hospital, etc.) All while they kept me 100% completely informed and up to the second on their progress and what was happening in real time, like a play by play as if I were there myself. I will never be able to thank Rafael and his guys enough or put into words that would even come close to what they've done for my family and I and I am honored to have had the absolute pleasure of working with this company and these men and would highly highly recommend them to anybody in need of a moving company that you can trust with beyond fair pricing and so much more.
