The best food. Never disappoints. I recommend this place to anyone on a Mediterranean diet.

I'm not a "bowl" person. I don't like everything mushed together. But I do really like Mediterranean/middle eastern food and this fast food version was quite good. Add to that, I felt like I was also eating "healthy" -- and it was a winning combo. You know the routine -- for the bowls (they also had pita wraps or separate sides), you choose your base (2); your protein (1); veggie (1);sauces/spreads (3); plus unlimited toppings; and a dressing. My choices were: romaine lettuce twice (base); schwarma chicken (protein);chick peas (veggie); hummus and babbaghanoush (2)(spreads); red cabbage, carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers, and olive tapenade (toppings); I tried two dressings -- lemon tahini and cilantro harissa. It was perfect and very filling. I would order this exactly, again. My husband opted for two (beef) empanadas and a side of tabouli salad. The "empanadas"were really fried seasoned beef kibbe (it says kubba on the posted menu). Why they call them empanadas, I imagine is so folks can relate to them. But why not also rename their hummus or felafel or babaghanoush? Anyway. Minor quibble. He really liked them (you could get one or two in an order). The quinoa tabouli was refreshing. It looked mainly like a bowl of parsley to me and very little quinoa. But he was happy with his choices. This casual place itself is small so it was busy. They also do a lot of take out. We found parking right outside. And luckily a table inside. You order at the counter line choosing your options as you go and pay there as well. Drinks are self serve. Everything is in disposable (take out) containers. Prices are very reasonable. read more

The food was great, the star deduction was because of the service/staff. The wait was reasonable but the staff was very incompetent. The young man who was adding the toppings was extremely slow and seemed to have a very hard time understanding me somehow. When I got to the register, I wasn't offered a drink and it took me 5 different times for the cashier to understand that I was paying for the 3 people behind me as well. They also weren't offered drinks and ended up just getting a "water cup". I did, however, like that there were so many vegan options and fresh teas. I chose to build my own bowl and got half potatoes/ half brown rice & lentils with tofu. It was a generous portion of each and I was able to add as many toppings as I wanted. I also ordered a side of falafel, which was made fresh as I waited. I had to ask for that twice too before they realized I wanted it. I got some of the vegan pudding for dessert and took home a package of this cool tahini pistachio cotton candy floss for $5.95. Overall, service needs to be improved, especially if you're going to ask for times on a service that wasn't provided. You're expected to walk up, order you own food, take it to the table, get your own drink and clean up your table. Common courtesy, yes, but what am I expected to tip for? Also, side note, it's cool that the put the cal count on the menu but when you go online, the nutritional information is not loaded in the website. read more

First timer here! what a delicious find. I ordered the double salad bowl (romaine and arugula) with tofu and veggies and all the other goodies they offer! So many options for a vegetarian or vegan. I stumbled upon Anzo through Uber Eats and had not heard of them before. Their menu really peaked my interest. I love that they are health conscious and had the calories listed for each item. Anzo has a build-your-own type menu so you can select exactly what you like. They have sweet bowls, savory bowls, wraps and kid's bowls. I ordered a savory bowl with brown rice and lentils, falafels, Moroccan chickpeas, hummus, tomato and cucumber salad, pickled onions, olives and feta cheese with tahini sauce. All of that for only $10!! There were 5 falafels in the bowl which was more than I expected. The entire bowl was delicious but really enjoyed the falafels. They were cooked to my perfection! I also had the Kubba Empanadas which were fairly large in size and stuffed with seasoned ground beef that was very tender. I can't wait to try one of their sweet bowls which has options like açaí, pitaya, yogurt, and more! Their prices are great and the food tastes delicious so I definitely recommend checking out Anzo if you're in the mood for Mediterranean food. read more

Love Anzo! It's perfect after a workout at Hotworx a few doors down. Their meat is always fresh along with their toppings of chickpeas and veggies. One bowl is so large, it always makes two meals for me. The hummus is delish! As is the carrot ginger dressing. Then I drive all the way from Anzo back to Miami! This place is THAT GOOD! The banana pudding and the pistachio tres leches desert will be the best desert you have ever had in your life! Literally my best meal in south Florida so far! Visiting family down in the Boynton area and everything so far has been kind of meh but Anzo has got it going on! You MUST get the braised beef! It was so tender and flavorful. For the toppings and sauce, I went crazy but there wasn't a single thing that was bad. Everything was so tasty and full of bright flavor. I was a big fan of the garlic sauce, be warned this is straight up puréed garlic but so so good. The cucumber salad was fresh and crunchy and the pickled onions added a delish burst of flavor. The staff were very helpful at explaining the different sides and sauces. Speaking of sauces, as a sauce lover I was a big fan of their sauce bar where you can doctor up your bowl exactly how you like it. I love this place! The food is always fresh and you have plenty of options. I usually order the bowl which comes with 1 protein side, 2 base, 1 veggies side, 3 sauce or spread, and unlimited toppings! My favorite bowl is the quinoa as the base, 1/2 chicken & 1/2 falafel for protein, roasted veggies, hummus, Spinach artichoke spread and their Anzo sauce! We were on the road, very hungry, coming home and found this place through yelp because it was reviewed very highly. It deserves the five stars that most people have given it. I enjoyed one of the most delicious salads that I've ever had. My companion had a gyro and another had five falafel balls. All of it was excellent and very reasonably priced. There were so many wonderful choices offered for what I was able to put on the salad. We called ahead and it was ready for us for pick up. Everything was excellent. read more

I absolutely LOVE the bowls at Anzo. For dinner we typically go for the hot bowls and for breakfast/lunch, we get the cold bowls. The overnight oats are delicious. All of their ingredients are very fresh. We are not a huge fan of the acai bowl because it is extremely hard to eat frozen. read more
