They bring in huge crowds (long lines; sometimes out the door for a good 50 foot)... and they have a lot of staff making these wraps on the assembly line but the staff are not consistent so don't be surprised if one wrap is wet and another day is dry, or one wrap is tightly rolled and another is falling apart; my biggest gripe is the fatty meat I got once so I just avoid roast beef... With that said, I have continued to come and I have learned to (1) order the wraps you know you like (don't experiment) and (2) try to use the staff you recognize from times your wrap was really good. It was edible but underwhelming. My platter was anything but a platter... because it all was crammed into a styrofoam box with little compartments. The lamb was a super small portion of the same chopped lamb remnants more like lamb hash. The rice was white not yellow...I ordered fries and got a morsel of salad instead....no hummus present but I think it was babaganoush... and no pita bread anywhere to be found! What a disaster! Now I'm mad that I left a Tip. Furthermore the prices on the in store menu are not the same as your final ticket. I was charged $16.99 for my platter when the menu clearly states $15.99. This was the most disappointing Mediterranean food I have ever had in the 11 years living in this area. I usually love supporting local independent businesses but in this case I highly recommend you DO NOT support this Family business until they improve the Food, the service & the prices Charged.
