    Chicken yellow rice bowl.

Shopping can make people hungry. We hit up Olive U on a break to recharge before hitting the next round of stores. The place is very clean and everything is made to order. I got the chicken lentil rice bowl topped with parsley and feta cheese. It was delicious and flavorful. The portion was enough to fulfil me for the rest of the day. The staff was very helpful with our orders and made our bowls how we wanted them. It costs more what we expected for the portions we received and we were underwhelmed by it. Eating healthy shouldn't come with a high price, but we have no control over it.

Happy to get a quick easy, fresh, reasonably priced & very flavorful dinner. There's plenty of free parking in front, this location is immaculate and the staff were very friendly. I love being able to make my own plate by choosing my own protein, and if I want it over rice, lettuce, pita, and my selection adding my favorite vegetables & sauces.

My first time in an Olive U. This fast food chain seems to be popping up in a lot of shopping centers. It offers bowls or wraps in pita with a Middle Eastern theme. You order at the counter. I tried the baba ghannooj. It was a decent sized serving, creamy and smokey. For my main, I had the Olive U chicken on a salad. The salad is a bed of greens with as many of the toppings as you want. On offer were pickled peppers, pickled cabbage, tomatoes, onions, olives, cucumber, and a variety of dressings. The ingredients were all fresh. The protein portion seemed skimpy. It also came with some warm pita slices. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. Beverages are Pepsi brand.

I have been wanting to try Olive U for a while and now that it's in one of my favorite shopping center with Whole Foods, Sephora and mister 01 I suggested we get to know this spot. They have a huge beautiful chandelier and it's a new location so very clean. I enjoyed what I got but I guess I am responsible for the choices I made when ordering and I ended up not having much food in my final plate and not satisfied. Their signs are not great. If hummus is my base I need more than one spoon. I also couldn't see the chicken in the plate. Other places give me way too much of the protein but this was not enough. The flavor was excellent. Their bases are the pita bread, rice, salad or hummus. Chopped salad, hummus, cut up pita are also toppings so you could add them. I don't think they allow you to add a little rice if you don't get it as a base but I couldn't hear anything the employee was saying. I chose hummus, chicken and then the toppings I liked. I didn't know I could get a side of pita, probably extra toppings of the ones I liked, grape leaf for a small fee, (on the board it's listed as appetizer for $6) At the end I got a half plate of food for $15. I was still hungry of course. She then handed me my tray with my bowl on it and the side of the tray was dirty with some green sauce and my white shirt got a huge green stain. If I would do it again. I would choose the rice or salad and add my protein chicken, toppings, extra hummus x 2 for a few, pita to share for a fee, and the dressings. That could be a full plate for $17. Plus tax tip.

Erick is amazing, he provided the best service and explained everything about the food they offer! Restaurant is clean and organized, I would highly recommend and definitely say hi to Erick again! He deserves a bonus.

it was clean however they told me the chicken is just reheated not cooked fresh when you order ! For 8 ounces it was 17.95 and they don't even give you a pita ! Here is a picture of my food (had double portion of protein as original was only 4 ounces which probably would have been enough for dinner as portions of other stuff is huge ) Found food salty I will try again when I need a quick healthy meal

They gave me time to browse the menu without any rush, and were ready to take my order the moment I decided. I went with the Falafel and Eggplant Pita Wrap, ordered exactly as it comes -- five crispy handmade falafels, roasted eggplant, hummus, tomato and cucumber salad, purple cabbage slaw, white onions, tomatoes, pickles, and lemon tahini sauce. What I loved about the presentation was how they sliced the pita and stuffed the toppings inside the pocket, then placed the eggplant and falafel on the outside before wrapping everything up tightly. It made for a much easier, cleaner eat -- no toppings tumbling out with every bite! My first bite was amazing. The fresh flavors really shined, the falafels were perfectly crispy, and the eggplant had that deep, savory roasted flavor. Every topping complemented the others beautifully, and I walked away completely satisfied. I am so happy I found this fast and healthy option close by! I also grabbed a baklava and a mango sparkling probiotic drink -- both delicious. Beyond the food, they have soft drinks, tea, and lemonade, plus a sauce bar with vinegar and oil if you want to customize your meal even further. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I can't wait to come back and try their other menu options!

There is a free parking in front along with a steady stream of pick up traffic. The menu offers extensive Greek dishes with servers being very quick & efficient. Portions at Chris' Taverna are enormous. One plate is enough for more than enough for 2 of us to share. The restaurant is casual, reservations are not accepted, it's first come & first serve. Tonight six of us met here for dinner. We arrived before 6:00 and waited only a few minutes for a table. When we left there was a line outside. When we were seated we were given water & a garlic spread with warm fresh pita. We all shared babaganosh & generous delicious dips. My husband & I shared a gyro salad with lots of grilled lamb, more than enough for us both. Others enjoyed greek chicken salad, shrimp with pasta, and spanakopita. Everyone brought leftovers home, enough for a few meals. Happily we weren't rushed.

As a Greek (and former chef), I was genuinely excited after about ten people insisted this was "the spot" when I moved to Delray Beach. So naturally, I came in expecting something remotely...Greek. Quick reality check for fellow reviewers: 1.Have you ever actually been to Greece? Not the airport. Not a cruise stop. I mean eaten real Greek food. 2.Do we all agree on what goes into a Greek salad and a proper gyro, or are we just improvising at this point? Because what I saw felt more like a creative writing exercise than a recipe. 3.If your rating is based on portion size, then yes, congratulations, you got a lot of food. But let's not confuse quantity with authenticity (or quality). That's how we end up with 4.6 stars. I won't even get into presentation, because that would require there being something recognizable to present. This place would have been closed in a week in NYC! If this is your introduction to Greek food, I apologize on behalf of an entire country.

This was my first visit and my first time trying them, and I was impressed by how many options they offer. The customization is extensive without feeling overwhelming, and everything looked fresh and well maintained. I went with the falafel bowl, built over rice and lettuce, and one standout detail was that they offered three different rice options. I chose the lentil rice, which had excellent flavor and added a nice depth to the bowl. All of the toppings, condiments, and add-ons tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The falafel itself was satisfying, and the overall meal felt balanced--filling without being heavy. It gave that ideal healthy, energized feeling rather than leaving me sluggish afterward.
