I had purchased the extra warranty and they carry a 40000 manufacturer warranty that Mavis doesn't care about. Was told because I declined an alignment 3 times this year its my fault. I was there 3 times. Once for the tires (Feb). Didn't get the alignment since it didn't need it. The other 2 times were for the tire that went flat to be replaced.....they just swapped the flat tire off the rim and change it. And once for an exhaust leak that they couldn't (or wouldn't) even fix. Why would they ask (they DIDN'T) if i needed an alignment when they looked at my exhaust??? Its so they can check a box in order to deny coverage on a crappy set of tires that I paid $140 a piece for ( so I didn't really cheap out....) Never again will I spend a dime there!!!!! We went because it was convenient to work at the time and we needed the tires quickly...... Never again.....

They communicated with us throughout the process. The best part was the warm caring family that runs this tire store and the time they took to talk to us. This tire store has been around for quite awhile (70's) which makes it a quintessential store to frequent if you are in need of tires or a tire repair. While all information both online and on their front door says they're open until 5, I was told that all the techs had left for the day at 4. This has been their hours since COVID. I said that they should consider updating their hours, but he didn't seem to care. No apology, no sense of wanting to help...nothing. I asked if there was anything that he could do since I really needed the tire repaired and he said, "No, my guys are gone and the compressors are all off". I replied I would pay extra or even double but he wasn't interested in my business. It's a good thing because I will NEVER use them in the future. That lack of clearly communicated hours, both digitally and on their front door, the lack of common courtesy, and what I perceived to be a dismissive attitude all made for a terrible experience. I would warn people not to use Pat's since they seem to have little or zero regard for potential clients. A lack of quality customer service is always a pet peeve of mine, but not being respected is even worse! My advice - AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

This last interaction came down to these guys righting a wrong. Without giving details, I will just say the manager did everything possible to make me feel important to them. My mother went here for an inspection. She had a headlight out so she had them replace the bulbs…read more They charged her $200 for two light bulbs. I went and checked her car to see what $200 light bulbs looked like. To my surprise, they left the packaging for the bulbs in the engine compartment. While this is a major fire hazard, it allowed me to determine the price of the the bulbs they installed. Turns out, the bulbs they installed retail for about $30 each. When I confronted them about it, they said they don't set the prices. However, on the bill they listed the bulbs as "misc service" which means they can type in any amount they want to. So they did set the price and refused to refund even part of her money. Stay away from this place. The new management will rob you and take advantage of you in a second.
