They did a nice job of avoiding any damage to my expensive wheels, which I can't say has always been the case with other tire installers. He diagnosed the issue and recommended purchasing specific parts: a 2014-2018 Outlander 2.0l 2.4l JF016E Valve Body W Solenoids (#31705-28X0B) for $499, and two transmission input & output speed sensors at $38.58 each. She gave Randy a $60 deposit, ordered these parts as he suggested, and they arrived promptly. However, since the parts arrived, Randy has completely ghosted her. My daughter has been trying to reach him for days, leaving messages and calls, but he has not returned a single one. This sudden lack of communication after being so helpful and pleasant is extremely disappointing and has left her in a difficult situation with a non-functional car and expensive parts on hand. I urge others considering Randy's Mobile Mechanic to proceed with caution and ensure clear agreements are in place regarding scheduling and communication, especially if parts need to be ordered.
