I only showed them the marble pictures, and tiles that I wanted to buy and I got recommendations of the whole portfolio of the hardwares. The designer took 1 step more and recommended a paint color that I ended up loving and using it for other areas. All products were mailed out on time and packed very firm. Nothing was broken. So I went back about a week ago and found a beautiful chandelier for my entryway as well as my dining room table. When the installer whom was recommended by Jan came to install it he realized there were two pins missing. This is when my ordeal started. Jan is rude, doesn't listen. There is no way to reason with her!!! I am now dealing with Sarah who is polite and was promised she would have an answer by Monday. I've called everyday and still their representative has not given them an answer. I called today and Sarah isn't in and told Jan if she could call the rep. She started telling me she was old and couldn't take this pressure. That I was screaming at her. I asked to speak to the owner. She is refusing to let me talk to them. All I want is the parts that are missing. I told her that if they aren't provided soon, they can come pick up the chandelier. I have made my credit card company aware of the situation. I hope the owner contacts me so we can take care of this amicably and like civilized human beings. She really shouldn't be working with the public. If

    I am very dissatisfied with Harbor Freight located at 17713…read moreTomball Pkwy, Houston, TX 77064, I am a small business owner of a local Lawn & Mowing company so when I had to do a job across town today I stopped at my nearest harbor freight for a set of new front wheels and tires for my rig, I installed the new wheels and tires in the parking lot and set off. The job I had on this day was a rather large commercial job and by the middle of the job the bushing and bearing failed on me causing me to drive on damaged wheels back to the truck. While driving my rig the 3.5 miles back on pavement with bad bushing and bearings it caused the tires to wear pretty bad, So when I made it home that afternoon I took the wheels and tires back to my local harbor freight store nearest to my home to exchange defective merchandise! I presented my receipt to Joana the teller in which she advised me to go ahead and grab a new set to complete the exchange. So l did so, When I came back to the check out counter (TONY) the manager! Told me he will not except my return and when I asked why he told me that the damage to the wheels and tires did not happen that day and that the wear in the tires happened over a period of time which was not the case! I explained to him that I am a small business owner and the bushings and bearing were defective and he blatantly called me a liar and refused my exchange even though I was clearly with-in my 90 day return policy. (TONY) was very unprofessional at handling this situation. He showed no empathy nor did he show any proper communication skills, This boy needs to put in her place by her superiors before somebody else puts her in her place for talking like an ignorant animal to customers! This employee shows horrible value in loyal paying customers!

It turned out to be a problem install and Jesse and his crew went WAY BEYOND ALL REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS I had to talk them into a less desirable outcome because of the way my patio was constructed. It was AWESOME to see someone work so HARD to do it the correct way. THANK YOU AGAIN, Jesse and crew!!!

    TLDR: Good work if not lengthy, Good Price, mediocre after job care and initial impression left me…read moreunimpressed. Late billing and lack of follow up on next job disappointed me the most. I contacted Swisher to handle a dubious problem and after 12 Man hours of searching for and subsequently fixing the issue I am quite saddened to write a non 5 start review. However there is away you do business and I do not felt I received 5-Star service. Why I gave a star: +Fixed Issue +Fair Price -Initial Impression -Job length and crew competency -After Job clean up poor (Wire bits, loose sockets, they even took my Dimmer and swapped it for a switch :( ) The crew was professional and nice but after 2 days and 10 man hours of hunting for the solution to this issue Jesse was was inbound to fix this once and for all. His crew was professional and always answered my questions which I appreciated but the first time I would meet the owner was not so pleasant. I can recall seeing this guy walk up to the site visibly annoyed and then proceed right past me in to my home without so much as a "hey". I can recall one of his guys even saying this is the home owner, referring to me, to which he continued to walk by. That aside he went to work and located a nicked wire in the wall within about 1 hour and the issue was wrapped within 2 hours. Skilled to say the least. After getting to the issue he calmed down and explained the issue to me. Right about when the crew was leaving I pointed out that many plugs where not covered by face plates which they happily did. It wast until a few days later my wife informed me of a loose light switch socket, and a missing Dimmer switch ("DIMMER" 4/18/18 --RIP) that had been swapped to a regular light switch, I even checked and found a couple of loose plug covers and one plug that had been stripped and re-drilled it. Every where work had been done there were wire bits and copper pieces in some amount. Billing was even strange since the work was done 4/18/18 and the bill was not received until 5/3/18. Jessie even failed to follow up on about ~$2600 worth of Fuse box work. I mean who doesn't want to get money? My Dimmer was to be replaced when the Fuse box was installed, so I guess I'll have to take that loss. All in all they got the job done and for the man hours the owner billed fairly. You should give them a chance as I felt my situation was different and according o the other reviews most likely an anomaly.
