Thankfully, it did not cause serious injury, and at that time we chose not to escalate or take any legal action. However, the main chandelier is still defective -- bulbs continue to fall off, which is unsafe and unacceptable. Since it is installed on a very high ceiling, this is not something we can fix ourselves and requires proper warranty service. We have contacted the company 4-5 times, but they only make promises and never follow through. After receiving full payment, their lack of responsibility is extremely disappointing. If this issue continues to be ignored, we will have no choice but to share our full experience, including related photos, to accurately reflect the situation

The sales and installation of our screens was simple and reliable. And they work great. The sales…read moreperson was helpful in helping us decide on the proper shade density of the screens at different places on our patio. The reason this not a 5 is that there are a few gaps between the screen and the wall. One area running the entire height of the screen is especially bothersome. I was told that because it is up against an uneven brick surface they can't do anything about it . Not because it's UN fixable, but because they just don't do that. They suggested I get "some stuff" from the hardware store and fix it myself, saying that their caulk wouldn't work. I am going to have the remaining portion of my patio screened but now I think maybe I'll find someone else who can do the complete job.
