Saturday arrives, I receive a phone call that they will be there in 30 minutes, which is exactly the amount of time it took for them to get here. I had Tim helping my house today and he was great, broke down that it would take about 30 minutes to fix and answered all my questions that I had about the valves and properly shutting off sprinkler systems if this cold weather was to happen again. Tim took around 30 minutes to fix the issues, showed me what he did and the work has a 1-year warranty. The only caveat I want to point out is that I had to pay with check or cash, which wasn't a big deal because I do have a check book, but I wish I was told that those were the payment methods when originally scheduling an appointment.
