My husband Eric has a very complex spinal condition, and after years of specialists, imaging, pain…read moremanagement, and consultations, his spine surgeon specifically recommended Dr. Said. That recommendation turned out to be one of the most important steps in Eric's treatment. Dr. Said has now performed three injections, and each one has provided meaningful relief. For someone who has spent months struggling with severe pain and limited mobility, those improvements have been life-changing. What stands out is not only Dr. Said's skill and professionalism, but also his willingness to listen, explain the procedure, and treat Eric as a person rather than just another patient. I also want to recognize the office staff. Timing has been critical for Eric's care, and several other providers simply could not get him scheduled within the necessary timeframes. Dr. Said's office consistently found a way to accommodate the deadlines recommended by Eric's surgeon, allowing treatment to happen when it was needed rather than weeks or months later. If you are dealing with serious back pain and have been referred for injections, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Said and his team. We are extremely grateful for the care, responsiveness, and results.

The lidocaine never even got a chance to work before shoving the device in my back. Then you weren't allowed to recover, you got off the table and you were allowed to sit for a minute and then I was allowed to drive home myself. When you're in such pain you hope that the doctor to be compassionate not robotic.

I have been a patient at this practice for approximately two years. I can honestly say that Dr…read more Khan, Dawn, and Trisha have always been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the Hinsdale location has been extremely frustrating due to ongoing organizational and scheduling issues. On three separate occasions, I drove more than an hour for a scheduled appointment, only to sit and wait before being informed that the doctor would not be in that day. On two other visits, my appointment was running more than two hours behind schedule, forcing me to leave without being seen. Scheduling by phone is equally problematic. Calls often go unanswered, and messages are rarely returned in a timely manner. When a callback does occur, it can take several days. In addition, there has been an ongoing billing issue involving Medicare that has still not been resolved after five months despite multiple attempts to correct it. While I have confidence in Dr. Khan and appreciate the care provided by Dawn and Trisha, the way this office is managed is unacceptable. The lack of organization, communication, and follow-through has led me to begin exploring other options for my care.

To give you my beck story, I caught the the flesh eating bacteria in the hospital, after a tech confirmed that a dirty surgical instrument was used during a c section. I was in a medically induced coma for months, 13 surgeries and learned to walk again. Multiple surgeries were removing muscle tissue from my abdomen, leg, and hip. I have struggled with pain, headaches etc for years. Over 18 years now, and for that time i had very little feeling in my left thigh. I knew if someone was placing their hand there, but never nerve feeling, never sensation. After 1 session with George I could feel circulation back in my leg, that i hadn't felt since before having my daughter, and having all those surgeries. Recently, I twisted my knee and couldn't bend and complete any yoga that I have been doing for a long time. After 1 treatment to my knee I was able to do things I hadn't before, and completely. After each session that is targeted, it addresses pain, posture, discomfort and has changed my life! To have feeling in my left thigh after the doctors sent me home 18 years ago, and told me "dont worry, you will get the feeling back in 6 months!" They lied! George is amazing, skilled and cares

I've worked in healthcare as a nurse for many years. In my practice I worked to resolve my…read morepatients issues advocating and finding a work around on their behalf That's not the case at Midwest. The issue with Midwest has nothing to do with the quality of the physical therapist. Despite being a client with good insurance and a history of receiving therapy multiple times before at this location, the front desk will not schedule you without a script in hand. I've been going to therapy for 2 months and because of my diagnosis will require many more months of P.T So instead of continuing PT, I have a 2 week lapse of treatment. All because my MD had written a script for 6 weeks of therapy and my MD appointment fell at the end of the 6 weeks. By the time I had the script in hand my therapist did not have evening openings. I'm trying to work while going to therapy. If your doctor is a rush doctor they don't care about the script and will schedule you. I have PPO insurance which is better then HMO and results in my having to pay more. They should change these scheduling habits and commit to providing good care. Allowing a 2 week lapse in my physical therapy shows a disregard for my well being. Maintaining a consistent pt schedule is very important to my recovery. When I initially scheduled they should have informed me they would not reschedule me without a script. They should have told me to contact my doctor 2 weeks before for the script so I could schedule or they could have contacted my doctor. They knew I would need PT for a lot longer time. I never had an issue with scheduling before.
