Tom and his staff did an absolutely wonderful job on our Class A Fleetwood Discovery. I provided pictures/drawings of what we were thinking, and they made it a reality! Not only did they do fabulous work, they made it look like the original cabinetry and you can't tell it wasn't the original design. The materials and the expertise were amazing. We checked in while the guys were doing the work, and Tom answered my questions and put up with me adding and changing a few things along the way. We had a couch removed replacing with a beautiful set of cabinets providing a feature wall including a coat cupboard that we didn't have and a roll out computer desk. We are so happy with our new look, functionality and beautiful bus! We highly recommend Tom and I would not hesitate to have other work done in the future. Sorry for the very late review..... took our Class C Jayco to Apache RV to have a drawer put in under the dinette seats. The ones that I saw that were factory installed were a portion of the area, but Two Bears did the whole bench!! I have so much storage in that one bench that would be equal to 2 the factory did!! Its solid, matches the wood and yes, it cost a bbit more than I would have thought,, but its much better than what I would have gotten elsewhere. read more

Don't even THINK of using these hacks. A picture is worth a thousand words and these photos of their work scream incompetence. Look over the photos, including the repair bills from outside vendors. I brought my truck camper with shell to them to build out the interior. The work was as follows: Build bed, cabinets and install lights, water tank and these items which I provided (i.e. cost of items not included in their price): fridge, solar panels, heater, sink and inverter. They made a mess of it all and charged me $30,000 in the process. 1. Roof leaked on first light rain. 2. Every latch on every cabinet failed within a few months and the owner, Two Bears, copped an attitude and thought I should be responsible. Refused to fix. 3. Every hinge they installed was significantly rusted within two months. I was only able to get Two Bears to replace a couple of them...his lack of responsibility was disgusting. 4. All of the cabinet doors swelled and had to be replaced. (I went to a real carpenter for this) 5. The fit and finish was a joke. Protruding nails, some grain on cabinets placed horizontally next to vertical grain, construction pulling apart after a few months, unfinished screw holes, etc. 6. The heater they charged me to install was installed incorrectly and never worked. Two Bears lied about what he had done to install it properly as evidenced by the report from a professional installer who had to take it out and start over. (See photo of receipt) I paid a carpenter $6,000 to fix everything and even redesign and rebuild some of the interior and the quality was on a totally different level. He claims he would have charged me $15,000 (not including electrical) for the entire job as opposed to double that charged by Apache. (See photo of receipt) Lesson learned. We are in the process of buying a new-to-us 2014 Tiffin Allegro RED. Because we are looking at 6 coaches across the country, we don't know how the one we settle on will be equipped. I called this morning to get some ballpark numbers for a residential refrigerator install, plus a Fisher-Paykel dishwasher in place of a removed Atwood range, and removal of the bedroom carpet and putting in the tiles to match the rest of the coach. Whomever I spoke to was not helpful and didn't really want to say anything until we brought the coach in for them to look at. Since we live about 600 miles from them, that wasn't going to work. I had recently seen a YouTube video of them installing a res refrigerator in a Class A gas coach. It took them a day do do everything, including removal and replacement of the front-side window to get the new fridge in. The quote I got was, "It could be as much as $10,000 plus the cost of the refrigerator." Huh? OK, on to the dishwasher. "Depends. $1500 for the dishwasher and a full day to do it. Maybe up to $5000 total." I see. Flooring? "We don't do partial replacement. We're a custom shop. We only do full floors and they start at about $9000." It's funny; I actually thought these guys could be a good go-to for several mods we already know we want and we could kill a few days in Vegas in the process. However, the guy who answered the phone really wasn't interested in our business, evidently. We'll just plan our pilgrimage to Red Bay, AL and have the guys who did custom work on our last Tiffin do the work this time, too. The 2 stars is for the "Don't bother me, I don't care" attitude of the guy on the phone. These guys look like they do good work from their website photos, they just didn't want to do any for us, it seems. read more

I had my flooring and my ceiling fan done by Apache RV custom, I am somewhat OK with the flooring job they did, but not so happy with the fan installments, it leaked badly when raining in the first week, they didn't t put a necessary framing inside, for the price $$$ this was half ass job. I felt it was a hurried for them since it was a smaller order, i had to return 2 times to fix some overseen tweaks which were important but was ignored. They are Ehhh. read more

My review has taken me longer than I wanted to get posted, but I've got nothing but Outstanding accolades to say about Apache RV. They are an extremely busy facility to get scheduled into, but I can only say that it was well worth the wait. I was apprehensive about having a residential refrigerator replaced because of what is entailed to do this job. Tom assured me that they could and would do a good job, and they did just that, only it was a FANTASTIC job. In fact I was so pleased that I tasked them to do a closet modification in the rear of our coach for a shoe rack. This again was done to perfection and we are pleased with the finished result. Our only drawback was the wait time to get scheduled into Two Bears custom RV shop, but guaranteed worth the wait. If the need ever arises for future work that they can handle I will definitely go back, and highly recommend others who wish to or have a need for modifications. After spending hundreds of dollars at 2 other RV repair shops, they replaced our refrigerator and added two batteries to our coach. It works perfectly. We had a residential refrigerator placed in our 2006 Monaco Signature. I didn't think it would fit or look right. However, I was assured by both Two Bears and Tom that they would make it look factory made and they did! The wood work they did around our new refrigerator was the highest quality of craftsmanship, more than what we expected, I'm still stunned by the quality! They also hooked up our new refrigerator to our inverter so we can still boondock in our rig and I thought we would have to be plugged in to electric forever! They came out to our coach and took all the measurements, told us what size refrig we could order, they allowed us the flexibility to choose our own and didn't try to sell us one they could order for us. I truly felt at ease from the very start, I could tell immediately I was dealing with a business that had years of experience in the industry. I must have call them at least 20 times while shopping for our new refrigerator and they answered every question we had. Also, they gave us a timeline for how long the work would take and they were spot on accurate in getting our rig done when they said they would. Also, we had made arrangements with another vendor to come out to the shop to install a new windshield it was so simple and easy working with Apache RV, they even made accommodations and coordinated arrangements with the vendor to have the work done there and they didn't charge us anything for using their space to have this work done there. It's a big plus to work with RV service company who is willing to work with other vendors to have all the work done all at once, just for the convenience of their clients! What I loved most about the service, other than the quality workmanship and professional staff was the price matched what they quoted us, no surprise costs, hikes or extra costs, everything was up front. I also like that when they did have a question about a possible extra water line being installed that they called us first and then worked out a better solution for us while maintaining factory code for the coach. When you invest your life savings into a rig and work at maintaining it because now it's your full time home, you want honesty, quality, value and peace of mind of whose working on your rig...GO TO APACHE RV!! We won't go anywhere else ever. In fact, we are coming back next fall to have our new floor installed. I am so glad we found them and am truly grateful for the work they did on our rig. read more

But sadly low and behold he thinks that I'm a "troller" (never even heard of his description of this until now). Rest assured that I am just a very truthful and forthright reviewer. Many of my reviews are negative, but many are positive and some right in the middle. But nonetheless they are ALL truthful, and my original review of Apache RV stands as such. I have always tried to be forthcoming to other patrons who might wish to be forewarned; about firms that try to take advantage of their potential customers. That being said, it is sad that this owner feels I am not real, when in fact I am. We could not recommend this place more! We have a Canadian made trailer with which US RV repair places are unfamiliar, especially the hydraulic roof which opens the clamshell type trailer. This is the only place that we found that took the time to familiarize itself with our problems and the owner himself came out to supervise the work. In the end they actually offered us a cheaper solution than we had envisioned and also advised us on the right battery and how to best deal with a truma combi fridge.We do not live in NV, but we would bring our trailer, an Alto 1713, here before bringing it to any place in our home state. They are honest, extremely knowledgeable, and give you a time slot in which everything is actually done! read more

Also, I decided to have the bath remodeled with new shower, etc. It is beautiful and as modern as any in my home, and big enught for two! It is terrific. Glass tile is beautiful.
