Service recovery was minimal by the "manager" Our concerns were brushed off, and while the dish was removed from the bill, there was no real effort to address the experience. At this price point, both the food and service should meet a much higher standard. It feels like this restaurant is relying on its location and atmosphere rather than delivering a quality dining experience. Sad!
