We had a pretty bad leak in our master bathroom and ended up without a working shower for weeks. Insurance was giving us a hard time and we were honestly about to just take their low offer because we were tired and just wanted it done already. A friend (thank you Mary) told us to call Igor. I gotta say, we didn't expect the level of knowledge and just overall care he showed. He connected us with his insurance specialist and somehow they got us $25k more than what we were about to settle for! That alone blew our minds.
