Pros: -Harry, the project manager, is VERY responsive, answering texts and suggesting materials whenever you have questions. He really does put you at ease. -Timelines: one of the biggest fears with renovations is how long it takes to get done and when problems cause delays. Harry and crew were very honest about the timeline for completion, who was doing what when, etc. They finished at exactly their quoted 3 week target date. -If there were any issues as mentioned in the cons section, they were immediately rectified and without argument. -They're cost effective and will do add-on projects for a reasonable price. Cons: -Some of the crew working on the project were a little less experienced than others. In my instance, the grout for one bathroom was inconsistent in color, so they had to spend a half day to redo it. You can tell they have other projects planned throughout the week, so they don't spend all their time focused on your house. If they did, they could probably shave more time off the project to be done faster.

It was lightning fast and there was major progress every day compared to other projects we have done. A few years back we used Lars for a 500 sq foot addition and reconfiguration in a different part of the house and my wife and I can say without a doubt we much preferred working with ADR. The price was much better and they don't try to gouge you if you make a small change that doesn't cost them money or time. From my experience and what i have heard you wont get that treatment with places like Lars, Jackson, or Murray. I have already recommended them to people I know.

I had a very specific vision with choosing the materials, updating the layout, and paying attention to the details -- and Darrell made sure everything turned out right. His crew was very professional and did an excellent job with taking care of the details in the renovation project. I was most impressed when they laid down thick cardboard on the floor to prevent any scratching during the construction. They really take care of their clients. It's also re-assuring to know that they have a 15 year warranty. After the initial install of my kitchen sink faucet, I noticed a drip leak the next day, and the crew immediately came back to address the problem. We've had no leak since then, and everything is working great.
