The 400 square foot addition ties into the existing house so cleanly you genuinely can't tell where the old stops and the new starts. They showed up when they said they would. Site was clean at the end of every day, which sounds small until you've lived through a remodel. The subs they brought in were solid. Lucy in the office kept us looped in on scheduling and payments so nothing ever caught us off guard. Construction stuff still came up, of course. A plumbing issue behind a wall, a backordered window. Going through the insurance company for our bathroom repair has been a nightmare. They take forever to respond to my calls, texts, and emails. However, Isaac Barak from Sunset Design & Build was so responsive to all of my communication and he was very transparent about everything that he was going to do for us.
