My husband pays top dollar for good health insurance and it all should be covered. When I call insurance, the say their is an issue with the way the claim was submitted and Multicare can't seem to figure out what that problem is. Because of this horrendous billing experience I a cannot recommend them. No woman who is newly postpartum should have to deal with this.

Dr. Falco was nice, cleaned out my ears each appointment but only prescribed me ear drops that did not work. At the second appointment, he didn't really know what else to do so I switched to see Dr. Van Buren. Van Buren was the worst doctor I've seen in 15 years. Bad attitude and wouldn't help me. When I described how intense the itching was and that I couldn't help it, he told me he can prescribe anxiety medication....so let me get this straight. Instead of fixing the problem , you want me to mask the symptom and just take anxiety medication? Unbelievable. I've never been more angry in a split second than that. Completely dismissive and rude. The second appointment I had with him, he didn't clean my ears, spent 5 minutes with me and told me to keep using the ear drops that haven't been working. $100 for that appointment for him to do NOTHING. I asked what he thought was going on since no one had told me. He said he thinks it's eczema and that he sees thousands of patients with this every year so I should listen to him. Yet what he's been doing hasn't helped me at all. What a quack. Completely incompetent. I was done with that pathetic excuse of a doctor and clinic then scheduled with Spokane ENT in downtown. The doctor at the downtown location was wonderful. Prescribed me a medication that helped then gave me a referral to an allergist who was able to completely get rid of the eczema. After 1 appointment. Do better Van Buren. If you hate your job this much then leave. I actively tell people to stay away from you and this practice.

At providence I was projectile vomiting and I couldn't see straight and I went in and I was put in a chair and rolled into a room where I waited for four over hours with no one who came to check on me or any kind of care. There was about 5 other people waiting a ridiculously long time to be seen sitting in this tiny waiting area vomiting into bags. I finally left to go to Deaconess and I was seen within an hour. I can't state this enough GO TO DEACONESS if you want to make your health a priority.

My molar had a failed root canal and was cracked and needed to come out. For those complaining because it only took 5 mins. and you paid a grand, be happy! I paid the same and got to enjoy about 20 minutes of cracking, crunching and pulling. It was my choice because I only wanted a local anesthetic and was awake. Doc Skinner did the deed and prepped the socket for an implant sometime down the road. He knows what he is doing and it's worth it. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I spent over $1000 with her and I am very unhappy with the end result. Kailey originally agreed to fix my lips, but when she saw that, I left her an honest review online she refused. I actually took down the within 24 hours. I wanted to give her some grace because we all have bad days. She has done work for me in the past and it was good. She could not have been more arrogant and dismissive about my concerns. I feel the need to stand up for myself and to warn others. Please find someone else. Good luck!
