He was done within 30 minutes. He already had the invoice pre-printed with a molding included. Ryan from Apex came to Soquel at my work to fix my window on my 07' Tacoma, and was up front about everything going on with the repair. I purchased my truck through Toyota, and it had alterations from the previous owner. This owner did not do a good job on the window replacement he did which caused rust to build up near the roof of the cab. Ryan didnt charge anything to take his time grinding/buffing out as much rust as possible to help give my truck some extra years of life (hopefully) and did the whole job in about an hour, give or a take a few minutes. His pricing was fairly competitive, and cheaper than a local place I had called, so I went with Apex and am happy with everything that went down. Another cool thing was when I originally called, they were down to come do the repair that day, but my schedule didnt work.
