He was my second estimate and I had a third coming the next day. I was impressed with his demeanor and expertise and most of all, his quote was much less than his competitor out of soquel. From start to finish it was to take about 2 weeks. They finished the job within that 2 weeks and I am so in love with my shower! He and his associate were very courteous and on time. They cleaned up after themselves and just made me more glad that I went with Elite Glass! If you need to replace your shower enclosure give Michael a call!

Fact: I was told by ##### that my project would be completed by Thanksgiving 2015 Fact: I was told all doors and windows would function the same as before the installation Fact: The job was not "completed" until late December 2016 or January 2017 (I need to revisit the exact dates) Fact: I received a lien notice from the equipment company that you rented the boom from because the invoice was not properly managed Fact: The boom sat in my yard for a week, was only used twice, and was not available for the majority of the work, which obviously added unnecessary expense and time to the project Fact: None of the 3 sliding doors are operable now, and your employee told me there was no way to fix that. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE Fact: One of the retro-fit windows was not sealed properly, which caused water damage to the sill and is now a cause of concern for mold, so I will be removing the entire window, inspecting/repairing any internal damage and refinishing. Fact: Your driver damaged my gutter which now needs replacement. I want the entire length replaced, not spliced, so it is restored to its original condition Fact: Three of the windows you installed have already failed, and confirmed in person by your glazier Fact: The original installers quit in the middle of my job, and months went by with no updates I grew up in a family business, and I find it unfathomable that this is the way you operate. Most people would have taken you to court by now, but that is not my style. When I picked up the glass a very nice man brought it to my car for me and explained what to use to adhere the glass to the frame. The office lady was extremely kind, there was also a man that helped us (the owner maybe?). This was an upbeat experience and I highly recommend them. They also sell Milgard windows, which are top of the line, and when I picked up the glass my mother decided to buy a new window for her house.
