My primary concern was that the practice have pleasant and professional dentists and staff and that they be current on all dental-related technology. Having moved from Florida in April, I felt a little spoiled with the dentist I had seen for more than 15 years. I was not disappointed with my visit to Bass & Watson and feel like I have found the dental practice I hoped for. All front desk staff were friendly, professional, and helpful--greeting me with a smile and welcoming words. Allison brought me back to the treatment area--ensuring that I was fully informed about how the visit would proceed, the time it would take, describing everything she was doing, and making extra efforts to make me comfortable along the way. She is a gem. Upon meeting Dr. Watson, I was relieved because it was obvious he was detail oriented, professional, and experienced--and he also had a terrific chair-side manner. I'm no stranger to the dentist office after having a lot of work done on my teeth over the past 3 decades, so I know what feels right in a dental office environment and what doesn't. After this first visit, I'm totally glad that I chose this practice for my dental care. Thank you to all of the people at Bass & Watson who I met and interacted with today.

The front desk team was extremely kind and knowledgeable. They were patient with me while I asked questions and recommended Dr. Bass based on my needs. When I went in for my consultation, Dr. Bass listened to all my concerns and answered any questions I had. He also provided me a treatment plan that worked best for my wallet. When I started the treatment plan, he allowed me to schedule when it was best for me, explained step by step expectations, allowed me to choose something to watch on the TV. He also provided me a neck pillow as I suffered from a car accident. He would take breaks as I needed and allowed me to hold onto a tool (suction tool) to allow my to use it when I needed and this helped me feel I was in control. The treatment was quick, painless, and my teeth look beautiful. This place is absolutely amazing. Everyone on staff is talented and kind. Dr. Bass put my mind and anxiety at ease. I LOVE going to the dentist now! Thank you Bass and Watson family !!!

Although I never considered my teeth yellow but only dull, the treatment has proven me wrong. The whiteness is nearly unbelievable and so satisfying. Whitening my teeth has improved my smile and my face! I find myself smiling so much more. Dr. Chirnalli is professional, kind and shows a remarkable dedication for excellent service to his patients. Highly recommend, first dentist that believed and validated my pain when getting dental work done…read more I started visiting him 10 years ago when he was recommended for my son's tongue tie revision. We spoke briefly how i had a traumatic past with dentists and no one being able to keep me numb while getting work done. He asked if i had the red head gene (im naturally blonde but was born with red hair) I said yes and he said that's why. Today was a perfect example of him helping fix an old crown that needed replacing from a prior dentist. I was able to stay numb the ENTIRE time. the Crown was made in house so i didn't have to come back again. I was able to watch a movie during the process too. friendly staff and highly recommend if you have had pain at other places let him know and he will make sure to keep you comfortable.

I made the first appointment of the day and did not have to wait more than 5 minutes before being taken back. The dental hygienist (Shannon) was absolutely great. She did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth and also great conversation as well. The atmosphere is great as well. They have a tv in the room I was in so probably great for children. Very clean and well staffed. On the way out they also offered me a cookie which I thought was nice (though kind of funny since it could be counterintuitive with a teeth cleaning). Overall, I loved this dentist office and will definitely be back for my follow up appointment. They take my dental insurance (Delta Dental) which was a great bonus as well.

Very frustrated! I…read morehad a crown placed at this office just over a year ago and came back because I was concerned about it. I assumed they would simply check the crown they had placed. At no point before the appointment did anyone tell me the visit would be charged. I was taken straight to the chair, examined, and only afterward told I owed $125. When I explained that no one had informed me about the cost, the staff apologized and admitted they should have told me, but still required payment. I don't mind paying for dental care, but patients deserve to know the cost before treatment begins. This experience left me very disappointed.
