We then sought out a treatment plan to get a crown done and porcelain veneers. Not only have I experienced great service. They were willing to work with me on prices and time, there was actually a time that I completely missed my appointment and they still did my procedure. Give them a try I know change is different for everyone, but I have not been disappointed yet. Having moved from Florida in April, I felt a little spoiled with the dentist I had seen for more than 15 years. I was not disappointed with my visit to Bass & Watson and feel like I have found the dental practice I hoped for. All front desk staff were friendly, professional, and helpful--greeting me with a smile and welcoming words. Allison brought me back to the treatment area--ensuring that I was fully informed about how the visit would proceed, the time it would take, describing everything she was doing, and making extra efforts to make me comfortable along the way. She is a gem. Upon meeting Dr. Watson, I was relieved because it was obvious he was detail oriented, professional, and experienced--and he also had a terrific chair-side manner. I'm no stranger to the dentist office after having a lot of work done on my teeth over the past 3 decades, so I know what feels right in a dental office environment and what doesn't. When I went in for my consultation, Dr. Bass listened to all my concerns and answered any questions I had. He also provided me a treatment plan that worked best for my wallet. When I started the treatment plan, he allowed me to schedule when it was best for me, explained step by step expectations, allowed me to choose something to watch on the TV. He also provided me a neck pillow as I suffered from a car accident. He would take breaks as I needed and allowed me to hold onto a tool (suction tool) to allow my to use it when I needed and this helped me feel I was in control. The treatment was quick, painless, and my teeth look beautiful. This place is absolutely amazing. Everyone on staff is talented and kind. Dr. Bass put my mind and anxiety at ease. We spoke briefly how i had a traumatic past with dentists and no one being able to keep me numb while getting work done. He asked if i had the red head gene (im naturally blonde but was born with red hair) I said yes and he said that's why. Today was a perfect example of him helping fix an old crown that needed replacing from a prior dentist. I was able to stay numb the ENTIRE time. the Crown was made in house so i didn't have to come back again. The initial exam was extremely brief, with no clear explanation, no X-rays shown, and no introductions -- we didn't know who was the dentist or assistant. During the deep cleaning, a hygienist/assistant administered anesthesia and did the entire procedure without the dentist present or supervising. The dentist only appeared afterward, did not introduce herself, and gave no post-procedure guidance. I had to ask basic questions about care and eating afterward. Later, we were told additional fillings were required, which were never mentioned during the visit. Billing seemed excessive. When we raised concerns, the dentist adamantly insisted everything was done correctly, dismissed our questions, and offered no apology or acknowledgment. The receptionist was also unprofessional and dismissive when asked about billing. The clinic later refused to continue care rather than address the issues. Overall, this experience demonstrated arrogance, lack of transparency, and disregard for patient communication and rights.

Very Disappointing Experience - Lack of Transparency and Poor Communication…read more I visited this clinic today for my second periodic evaluation, which should have been covered under the in-house insurance plan I purchased from them (which includes two free visits). However, I was shocked to be charged $262 today without any prior notice. They claimed that because I used a different insurance for a tooth removal at another visit, my in-house insurance was void. This was never communicated to me--neither when I used the other insurance nor at the start of today's visit. At no point did anyone inform me that I would be charged or that my plan was no longer valid. This lack of transparency and failure to communicate important information is unacceptable. Patients deserve to be clearly informed about their benefits and any potential charges before services are rendered. I feel misled and extremely disappointed with the way this was handled. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this practice to others.

I was referred to Peak by my dentist after shadows showed at the roots of all four of my first…read moremolars. I was quoted nearly $700 for scans and a consultation because they wanted to perform a CBCT scan on all four teeth. One of those teeth had previously been treated by Advanced Endo, so I went there to confirm the treatment plan for that specific tooth first (as a follow up). While I was there, they offered to do the same CBCT scan for half the cost Peak quoted--and only needed to scan once for the entire mouth. I agreed, especially since Peak had told me over the phone that I could bring in the scan on a thumb drive for them to review. Advanced Endo also confirmed they use the same software and had previously received scans from Peak. When I finally had my consultation with Peak, they took the thumb drive to the back while I waited in the lobby. They came back and claimed they couldn't read the scan and said, "We'll have to redo it for $500." That didn't make sense--how could they not view the scan? And why was the price different from what I was originally quoted? Since I couldn't afford additional scans, I took my thumb drive and left. Out of curiosity, I did a quick Google search and was able to open and view the scans myself on a standard laptop--no special software needed. I called Peak to let them know, but the conversation went nowhere. I kept getting different explanations each time about why they couldn't use the scan. They eventually offered a "discount," but at that point I wasn't willing to pay anything more after being told I could use the original scan. I decided to take my business elsewhere and share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Advanced Endo and Ritter Endo are far superior to this office. I was referred here by a dentist who said this was their friend and did a good job. I had an…read moreabscess tooth that was not drained properly. I can tell something was off after the root canal was done. I came back three months later and they told me that they could not do much and that I would have to come back after a year for them to see what everything is looking like. I've had previous recalls before and I can tell when it is done properly usually by how the tooth is feeling afterwards. Three months later with pain when I initially went in for the pain, didn't make any sense. I paid a lot, and I was given some trouble at the front desk when I was being charged numbers that did not make sense and that were not presented to me prior. Overall, the quality was not there. Two years later and I'm still dealing with the infection that they were supposed to fix.
