I was so afraid that nothing would be done and I would get a run around like all businesses seem to do these days, but NO! OH WOW! THEY TOOK CARE OF MY TRUCK! Used a credit card which took the machine forever to take. Then the time ran out while I was rinsing and the credit card machine would not work. Went to the office and NO ONE THERE. Now I have to watch my credit card statement for fraudulent charges. I don't usually carry cash but good thing I had some with me. I used the change machine for $5.00 in change. I was able to finish rinsing the car and apply protectant. The soap bruch and the coil were spewing out pink and green foam in mounds on the floor and then started going across the floor and under the car. Ok, you waste product but no one should have a slip and fall hazard. Someone, maybe the KIA person but most likely someone before her, left big clumps of mud on the floor. Again, a hazard and it is common courtesy to rinse the floor, clean up after yourself. But you were not taught this growing up. UPDATE credit card charged $15.00 for soap and not a full rinse! Then the $5.00 change from the change machine. $20.00, NO.

They seem to know this is a problem since a worker tried to spray the mud off one side with a hose as I went through. It did make one side cleaner, but left the other. The wash is frequently closed for "repairs," often during peak hours, and it happens far too often to feel routine. The vacuums are regularly broken or out of service as well. Trash is all over the grounds. Last time I was there, I waited for 5 minutes at the stop to enter the wash area. An employee came out and was during their hands. Makes sense until I saw another employee appear from the same area. Hmmm... When I've asked staff how to contact the owners or management, I couldn't get any information (it's gated). There's no posted contact, no feedback channel, nothing. For a membership business, that's a real problem. With other membership wash options nearby, I suspect once-loyal members will start leaving if this continues. The owners should take a hard look at day-to-day operations and create a real way for members to share feedback. I'd genuinely like to stay a member, but not if nothing changes.
