They seem to know this is a problem since a worker tried to spray the mud off one side with a hose as I went through. It did make one side cleaner, but left the other. This wash may work fine for some cars or other trucks but not for a 2025 Colorado or similar.

They also had no rags for the car cleaner because an employee forgot to wash them. When I asked if I could just use a few paper towels from bathroom, I was told no. Unpleasant service, and poorly maintained equipment. I will say, there are a few friendly employees and there are no issues if you just want to run your car through the wash. However, if you want to clean the interior of your car, I would go somewhere else.
