Everything on my truck is super new and my heart broke when I realized it wasn't the guy ahead of me in the car wash that lost something. IT WAS ME! Then, I went in to fill out the incident report. I was so afraid that nothing would be done and I would get a run around like all businesses seem to do these days, but NO! OH WOW! THEY TOOK CARE OF MY TRUCK! I just picked up my replacement guard and am so tickled that I found a business that cares about me and my property. When they say you are part of the Breeze Thru family, I really believe you are! They seem to know this is a problem since a worker tried to spray the mud off one side with a hose as I went through. It did make one side cleaner, but left the other. This wash may work fine for some cars or other trucks but not for a 2025 Colorado or similar.

When I went there in December, the majority of their vacuums were out of service. Today, the vacuum at the parking space I used was broken again. They also had no rags for the car cleaner because an employee forgot to wash them. When I asked if I could just use a few paper towels from bathroom, I was told no. Unpleasant service, and poorly maintained equipment. I will say, there are a few friendly employees and there are no issues if you just want to run your car through the wash. However, if you want to clean the interior of your car, I would go somewhere else.
