DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Took my truck there, and found multiple scratches on the paint after wash (scratches were not there before). Spoke to manager Alex, and he said "we can't be responsible for new scratches, there were previous scratches that we saw on video". So disappointed, literally damaged my truck. This is a good car wash. Good for getting the mud off to take your vehicle home and wash it. Other than that it's a waste of water. I think it shoots you through faster than the spinning brushes can keep up. I had to go home and wash my truck, literally. Plus, the underbody rinse did nothing. Considering I was utilizing the gas station across the street for a car wash (offers free car wash worth $9 if you fill up 9 gallons or more) I was surprised at how affordable the cost was to have an unlimited membership with free vacuums! They also offer free dash wipes and air fresheners at request. Honestly you can't beat the value considering what some other places charge for one car wash you can pay for a full month with unlimited washes and vacuums for the same price! Plus they have multiple convenient locations! They've got a customer for as long as I live near one! read more

Will never go back! My car is an electric vehicle and will not go into neutral while moving, so usually they will stop the conveyor belt for 5-10 seconds while I put it into neutral. This time, the manager came out and was very rude, tried telling me he knew my car more than I do, and they couldn't accommodate stopping for a moment for me to put my car into neutral. Told me to cancel my membership and made me backup and leave. Ive never had this issue, but ill never support this company again. Ever. My car never came out that clean anyways, there is a better one down the street I was happy to give my business to. read more

I will never come here again. I was visiting from Denver and needed the car cleaned before visiting family. I came here and the prices are really high for such a mundane car wash. When I paid, the gate opened and I tried to turn into the car wash area and had to stop, reverse, and straighten out my car. Why the small area to turn? I was even in the furthest entry, too. My car isn't even that big... what happens with larger vehicles? Anyway, the boy working (he must've been 12) was rude and totally unfriendly when he was trying to guide my car onto the conveyor belt. Anyway, not worth the $15 or whatever I spent on what appeared to be a basic car wash. I'll go to an old-school wash and do it myself next time. read more

Usually a great experience with no complaints BUT today the wash cracked my windshield with a straight clean break from the top of the windshield to the very bottom. The first top spinning brush came down and contacted my vehicle and caused the occurrence. 3 month old windshield with no impurities, beware they will take an incident report but continue to highlight they don't cover chips or cracks. Not sure if the wash had programming or robotic errors but 100% the break occurred during the wash. Sure hope they check the video footage and confirm the issue! Edited** 4/23 just received notification from this location that they are doing absolutely nothing and putting the blame on the customer. Avoid this location, half the time they've had issues with the brushes either not spinning at all or spinning by themselves in the corner, and most recently damaging vehicles, further exploiting the issues this place has... Laughable I can get another windshield but it's the principle, principalities. 5/6*** finally received an explanation and they asked me to include the screenshot of said explanation. LOL, Thermal Expansion is their condescending answer, like nobody understands science and I just received a schooling. As if I took a pot of boiling water and tossed it over a frozen windshield... So your water was too cold for the windshield on 72* day?? Since they have such a good understanding of thermal expansion, perhaps you should adjust your water temperature to coincide with the daily temperature.... Bahhahaha Even more laughable! read more

This place is everything the other reviews said it was. I also paid $10 for a car wash and stull have a dirty car. Because its one of the few carwashs in the area the quality is crap. The employee that was spotting my car to the wash bumpers wasnt even looking at me while waving me forward. The carwash didnt get all the soap off and then didn't dry the leftover water. I still have tons of bugs on my car. Every car that was parked after the wash had customers drying off their cars themselves. And any suv or minivan that I saw the wash missed the entire back of their cars...somehow literally still had dirt and dust on the back hatch. Also, Last week my husband went thru the wash 15min to closing and they turned the water WAYY down. We seriously thought it was broken. And odviously his truck wasnt cleaned. I see people posting reviews with one star and their reviews talk about how they had to wait due to a new plan that the company released. The wait is not the company's fault, nor should it result in only one star. The company came out with the "unlimited plan" to get more service, and that's exactly what's happening, people like the service and are showing up more, that's not the company's fault. I think this company is great and my husband and I go there regularly to wash our vehicles. Yes, if we wait a while to wash our cars then there might be bugs that are harder to get off, but the service is great, always gets my cars nice and cleaned as well as all the soap off. Every single time I go to any car wash, there is always water left over. That's how they are. I enjoy coming to this car wash. :) read more

Didnt even touch the bugs on my vehicle. Can't handle wider vehicles (pushes mirrors.on trucks in). Not touchless so expect possible antenna damage. A touchless wash I've been to near our Colorado store does 100x better. I'd rather pay extra for quality than have to keep going through. Extremely rude, had me back up my truck I had a barbecue grill which was below the top of my hood secured with a strap in back of my truck all the way to the cab, (it wasn't going anywhere or anything would not break or get damaged)! Anyways you think they would have somebody to help back me up, they didn't starting laughing thought it was funny when I backed my truck into a poll all staff thought it was a joke I seen them laughing when I left this is how you run a business? Use to like this car wash but since they started the "unlimited plan" there is ALWAYS a loooong line. At first I thought it was just the time's I went by but then it became EVERY time I passed by. It's not like a full service wash but it was decent, now? not worth the wait. read more

It's funny that the manager would post that reply to a person's review, trying to say they would adjust to the customers' particular aftermarket mods.. Reason being that when I used that car wash they shut off half the brushes and that manager threw me an attitude and told me that they don't adjust for custom mods on trucks/cars. And when I asked if he cared about customer satisfaction he said, "numbers and consistency are more important than individual customers being happy." Long story short, I'll never bring my business back there. read more
