After 3 hours we decided to go to the location to see if she could get her reservation. The man working at the location was visibly annoyed and frustrated with dealing with any customers. When we got our chance to speak with him he prefaced the conversation by stating that they prefer customers to not be present in the waiting area while they are working on fulfilling rental requests because they don't like dealing with customers facial expressions and scoffs when their expectations aren't met. We canceled the reservation and went with a company who doesn't treat you as an inconvenience.

I've rented quite a few cars over the years from pretty much all of the car rental agencies. On a recent road trip to L.A., I reserved a car at this Enterprise location for the first time. The reason? So I wouldn't put a lot of miles on my car. I'm the type who's looking to rent the cheapest car available unless there's a small difference in price for an upgrade. Which means I often make reservations through third parties like Hotwire. Which I did on this occasion. Since I'm not reserving a particular car, sometimes I've been given unfortunate vehicles (like the Kia Soul) and sometimes I've been given nice ones. When I saw that this Enterprise location is a special one, in the sense that they have an exotic car collection, I was hopeful that I would receive something better than a hamster car. Luckily, I did. I received a nice hybrid Toyota Camry. Throughout the duration of my trip, I didn't run into any issues. It was comfortable and had good gas mileage. Pretty much everything you hope for in a rental. The pick up and return processes were smooth. My only real complains is that my rental only had a little over half a gas tank upon pickup. I always appreciate it when my rental has a full tank so I can hit the road and not have to stop for gas anytime soon. Plus, when you pick up a car with a full tank, it's easy to return it with a full tank. It's not as easy to pick up a car with a half tank and return it with a half tank as this is a lot harder to sort out. Which means the agency usually gets some free gas out of you. Outside of this one hiccup, I loved my experience and will rent from here again. Especially because the location isn't far from my place.

I had a very disappointing experience with this rental location…read more Upon picking up the vehicle and leaving the lot, I immediately noticed a red warning light indicating that the car had no oil. I contacted the location right away to ask for assistance, and was told they do not provide vehicle exchanges or support once you've left. I wasn't asking for a different car unnecessarily--the one I was given was clearly not properly maintained and unsafe to drive. I returned that vehicle and was issued a second one. According to the paperwork, the gas tank was listed as full--but it was not. A few days into the rental, I also discovered there was no windshield washer fluid in the vehicle, which I had to purchase myself. After having the car for four weeks, I returned it to the same location with a full tank of gas. I also clearly explained that the tank was not full when I originally received the vehicle. I was shocked to later receive an email stating that I had been charged a fuel recharge fee. I noticed this error immediately and attempted to contact the location directly, but was unable to get a response. When I escalated the issue to corporate, they said they were "willing" to make an adjustment. However, this is not a matter of adjustment--it is an incorrect charge. I even provided a gas receipt timestamped just 7 minutes before returning the vehicle. Despite everything that occurred--the unsafe initial vehicle, the incorrect fuel level, and the lack of basic maintenance--I was only offered a minimal adjustment that barely covered the washer fluid I had to purchase and the missing fuel from pickup. I have never had a negative rental experience before, particularly with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and regret not choosing them this time. I selected this Budget Car Rental location purely for convenience, but it was clearly a mistake. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and carefully reviewing your receipt for any discrepancies. If you want, I can make a shorter version for a Google review or a more aggressive/firm complaint version too.

Enterprise messed up my reservation and I had to walk across the street to Budget/Avis and luckily found a car available for a one way trip within minutes. BUT, it turns out Expedia was wrong (again) and there were no one way cars available. Not only did Sherry go out of her way to find me a car for my trip, but she was also able to score me a better rate and explained to me a way to reduce my cost once I arrived at my destination for the remainder of my stay. I really appreciate how detailed she was and how much effort she put in to SAVING my trip. If it was not for her I do not think I could have gone to my vacation. Upon return I was notified there were scratches on the driver door and passenger door - they were at the seam and there was no way I caused the damage. I did some research and learned that on February 26, 2025, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida preliminarily approved a settlement in the case Philippe Calderon, et al. v. Sixt Rent A Car, LLC, Case No. 0:19-cv-62408-AHS, for claims related to Sixt's billing and credit reporting practices. The lawsuit alleged that Sixt Rent A Car improperly charged customers vehicle damage related charges and, in some instances, reported those charges to credit agencies without sufficient investigation or notice, potentially harming consumers' credit profiles.
