They have always been professional, courteous, and helpful. I have almost 2 years of experiences with them and have been treated fairly and they have extended themselves in a few cases well beyond what should be expected...back to the reap what you sow. If you need a vehicle for rideshare as I have or a short term rental I would highly recommend this group. It is always great to spend dollars with great people who provide professional and dependable service.

I've taken the car in several times for it to be repaired and the same issues arise. This company will text you to tell you that you owe them money but they won't text you to tell you that they are either going to come take your car or they are going to shut your starter off. On top of that, the vehicles that you rent are really old, stinky like old man, sweat and smoke, the interiors are falling apart, as well as the bodies. They might work with you once or twice if there is no work available for a rideshare or gig apps, but it comes at a cost of them, holding it over your head. I would recommend UCars for the same price; they have nice cars, charge the same, and fix any issues the first time you bring it in. I have never had a business text me to ask me this stuff and it's really kind of creepy if you ask me. The text below that is shared was sent AFTER the car was turned in. Nothing about the car and now they're already threatening me with collections on Day 1 of turning in my car due to it not being safe to drive. (Will update with screenshot of invoice). The overall demeanor of the employees here is pretty condescending. From the ladies working in the front office being rude when you tell them that there's something wrong with the car and insinuating that you did something to it, to the financial people who do these kinds of weird practices of texting people after a contract has expired. Stay away, I wish I would've saved my money.

Enterprise came to the rescue when my car was in the shop at a Geico Auto Repair Xpress shop, Arizona Collision Specialists in Scottsdale. Dismayed at the situation I was in, my spirits had been lifted somewhat by the nice folks at the repair place. Little did I know how amazing this guy Taylor would make the rest of my day. It can be an overwhelming thing to stand in front of someone with your wallet. I also had a box of crap from the trunk of my car. "Yes, please. I'd like a car. I wasn't expecting to need one today." "Whaaat? You don't want to take my AAA card for payment?" [Headshake from me] With a sense of humor Taylor not only processed my paperwork, he did it efficiently. I felt confident that I'd receive the money held on my debit card once the car was returned. (My awesome insurance policy covers car rentals. So glad I have that!) Taylor was clear in his communication and lovely to interact with. Our walk thru of the car was quick. I did not feel like I'd have anything to worry about when it was returned. Every ding I pointed out was duly noted. The only negative thing about renting my car from Enterprise is actually quite funny. This gal is old school. Taylor started the car for me. I asked where the gas tank was, the lights, how to start the wiper blades and move the seat. Off I went. When I arrived at Sprouts I didn't think twice and pulled the keys out. ....or so I thought. After completing my shopping I sat befuddled in the car. I'm from New York. I've only owned two old used cars in high school, plus one beater of car I kept at my parent's house. So I'm sweating it out in the parking lot because this dumb girl did NOT KNOW HOW TO START THE CAR. Apparently you just stick the lock/unlock fob in. In defeat I called Enterprise and they walked me thru it. (No, you don't use the valet key. D'oh!) Keys are so passé. So anyway. Thanks Enterprise! Taylor made me smile. Thanks for helping me out!

What was not so amazing was when I was called in mid-September by Enterprise that I owed over $300 for having the rental for "10 days"! It took me 2 months to settle this ordeal. I called many times and was blatantly lied to that the refund was being taken care of at the moment we were speaking on the phone. I finally went in person 10/27/14, exactly 3 months to the day that my rental car had been returned to them, and got my $220 refund. If needed, I will take my car back to AZ collision, but will rent a car from elsewhere. Disgusted by the poor service; how many times does one need to call to get a refund on what's rightfully theirs?!? And then they didn't even offer any sort of compensation for the hassle I had gone through. This is not the way to build any kind of loyalty.

    AVOID! Same as other comment on here - but worse! PLEASE…read moreREAD ENTIRE REVIEW AS I SWEAR WHAT IVE GONE THROUGH IS BEYOND MADNESS BUT HAS ME LAUGHING NOW THAT IM WRITING IT FOR OTHERS. Been renting for 8 weeks now. I have a nice personal car that's unfortunately in the shop needing a major repair and I haven't driven ride-share in over 6 months but I figured I would jump on and make the money needed for immediate bills and my SUV repair. I found UCARS AS ITS THE FIRST TIME ever renting a vehicle and it was easy-ish. They lie and tell you to come on down they have cars and you can be in and out . So I made a appointment and STILL WAITED 4-5 hours. The office I swear is like a mix of a Tim Burton nightmare with cheaper by the dozen . You don't wanna be there . A small 100 square foot office with 20 people of every demographic shoved in. Dirty people, SMELLY people, kids crying and farting and touching everything with parents letting them play tag in and out everyone. Then the staff for the most part acting like there working. (There are a couple awesome staff members but 90% of them are use I was given a 2012 Prius with 230k miles. My first time ever being inside a Prius. My first couple hours in the car was awesome. I put $10 in and it filled the tank like 40% ! It was awesome. Then that $10 got me SOO many miles as it was averaging 49 MPG or so. I was stoked .. well two days go by and a rattle noise started coming from the back of the car . I tried shrugging it off , until it got louder to the point of embarrassment and the customer knowing something was wrong. Well like it always happens, on a ride farthest possible away from where I live and during a ride. This car engine broke, and I mean full engine failure, so I'm stuck for hours upon hours upon hours calling this in, getting a tow , etc - by the time I get it towed into there shop it was a whole day, and I'm needing a car to get back to driving and money, did that worry them since it's there cheap car I'm paying ALOT of money for that broke? NOPE, days go by and nothing as there inventory was ZERO. After days and days of waiting I finally get into another Prius and it's sorta same scenario with condition. Long story short within a week or two the car is burning a quart or two every other day, lights are coming on, and once again this car totally bums out on me ! This time I knew it was going out after a week or two of evidence with the oil, and the car took a dump at my apartment, well no joke since what I just went through getting them there last car that screwed me over 100 miles from my house, and doing all the leg work with tow trucks etc with ZERO REMORSE, COMPENSATION OR EVEN A THANK YOU. When this car took a dive. I sent them pictures and evidence of what's happened to the email we were told to send to. And just left it sitting in parking lot, after 10 days and them not receiving there weekly payment. They call threatening me and eventually demanding that I return the car that I have 4 hours to answer or the cops will be called and I'll be charged with felony grand theft and a bunch of stuff. Well funny is all they care about is money obviously, cause it took them 10 days to notice they hadn't been paid. But if they would have just looked at there email 10 days back I documented EVERY THING and said for them to come pick up there car as I'm done with them and not putting another ounce of effort into getting them there car... funny is after all this, the management still wanted to charge me the weekly rate when my second car was broken in my parking spot .SCAM ASS COMPANY

So the driver is 100 percent inconvenienced by having to service their vehicle at two different locations . And in the past I had to beg for my wipers to get replaced. They told me I had to buy my own ... Unexceptable !

The driver clearly was confused (I'm not going to say he was impaired, but I can't get that possibility out of my head) and didn't know where was going, went on the wrong freeway, almost got us into two freeway accidents, surged speed and then slowed down several times, and tried to take wrong exits before we yelled at him on three occasions. We finally got out of the car at a stoplight one mile from my place and walked home, shaken. My boyfriend tried to report the problem but Lyft did nothing and instead charged him for the trip -- plus 20 percent tip. He reported it to the police but we did not think to keep the license plate number so other than telling someone about a problem driver out there in Phoenix, there wasn't anything to do. What is the recourse here, other than leaving Lyft? That's a problem as my only other alternative is Waymo and that's operating on a limited basis in select cities. I like that Lyft offers me filters for drivers -- which I now consider valuable considering this complete lack of customer service. In any event, it's not valuable enough for me to stay considering the experience we had last night. It's a real shame that Lyft just lost two customers for being blind to the needs of its customers.
