When they came to install it 2-3 weeks later (after the door was manufactured), they realized the manufacturer had produced a door that was 2 inches too narrow for our garage. They immediately took responsibility and the owner Nir came out personally to apologize and figure out the best solution. And while he was out he fixed a problem I had with a separate gate for no charge. We agreed on a solution that worked for everyone, and Kind, including Antonio their sales guy, came out several times to make sure it was implemented 100% to my satisfaction. I wasn't the easiest to please but they were determined to do so and it really showed. At the end, they billed me a more than fair discounted amount to compensate for the issues they'd had with the job.
