Very unfortunate that people/things/places just don't have the same service and respect that they did before. EVERYTIME I've been to this location there's SEVERAL people playing music, games, watching videos, FaceTiming or on a call with speaker phone, obviously these are all VERY LOUD! I normally bring my headphones to drown out the chaos but forgot them today. So I asked one of the girls at the front desk to please ask a patient to turn their music off so I didn't have to.. she looked at my sheepishly then instead called the woman back and put her in her own room. Hi second time here at this location for spinal injections for my husband. We really like this doctor and have had great results as well. Sometimes there's a wait time but when it comes to procedures things happen and sometimes you might have to wait. The staff is very courteous, the office has lots of seating and clean and there is lots of covered parking. There are no late hours or weekend hours. Office is only open 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. read more

I absolutely love what Dr.Ez has done for my left knee! I had fallen, had gotten a tear, but then arthritis took place of any good tissue in the area. Dr.Ez started a series of injections, & after 5 weeks I became completely pain free! This is a miracle doctor that took pride & nurtured my injured knee....I have so much gratitude for him & am truly grateful for the way he cared for my knee! Do not waste your time and money here. They have untrained or poorly trained staff who don't know what they are doing and cannot actually perform the services they are selling. The employees are super nice but if they are not well trained on the services they are supposed to be performing, then they cannot do them correctly. Out of 3 times visiting this place I saw 2 brand new employees on 2 different visits. Both of these were literally completely untrained on the procedure they were trying to do. The other employee who had some experience, also clearly did not know how to properly use the equipment to get it to work correctly. This can only be due to lack of training. This is a company management issue and not a staff problem. Also, if you are considering doing any of the TruSculpt services here, DO NOT DO IT. These procedures need technicians who know what they are doing. Unfortunately they apparently don't need a license to perform these procedures so they just hire anyone and send them to work on people after reading an instruction manual from the machine manufacturer. I first visited this med spa a few years ago when we were visiting family in the area. After two years and Covid restrictions I was well overdue for a face treatment. Marilyn and Andrea took wonderful care of me during my recent visit. They treated me like family and I felt like a VIP here. It's the only place I've ever been that has offered numbing to minimize pain for injectables. I only wish I lived closer so that I could see them more often. o my dr.ez at the center is a big mistake . made a to week appt to see him got a quick viist where he stated no problem he could help wih my pain pump. but when appt came NOT A CLUE WHAT TO DO OR HOW TO GET ME SEEN. Talked to staff quite a fewt times befor the appt stated to me alls great . got there they havent a clue what to help me after maney conversation with his staff.. very unprofesional very un organized. he has a issue with doing what his staff has said allis good. they was told to get my own medicine from a pharmacy when the have had two weeks to get things in order. my pump runs dry in two days . what do u do when ur told one thing by the dr. then the whole appt to hell. . dont use him for pain pump arel he had equimpent didnt work but after talkin to the wrep he states the machine works fine. dr is rude and staff has no clue what to do.dont do it go some place else RUN dont walk. read more

I always recommended this place and would have given a 4 out of 5 rating -taking a star off due to furnishings and atmosphere not being top notch for the 5 star prices charged, but I could over look that due to the service and amazing work of the nurse practitioner that always did my injectables. I turned up for my appointment for Xeomin approx 4 weeks ago to find out she is no longer there and the doctor that owns the med spa and pain clinic would be doing my treatment instead. Rather than being put in the little private room I had always been treated In, I was bought back to a corridor that seemed to be a walk way through to the pain clinic. It had 2 treatment beds with a curtain just between the two tied in the middle, so me and the person on the other bed just kind of looked at each other weirdly, slathered up in numbing cream until the doctor got there (isn't this a breach of hippa?!!! Asking for a friend) so the doctor turned up with a trainee and my injectable's were very awkwardly carried out with no markers on my face and the trainee spraying numbing spray on my injection site each time the doctor told me to squint before he stuck the needle in! Furthermore, he didn't want to do the whole amount in one go ( but who am I to question a professional injecting me for the first time ?) which resulted in me having to return a week later... long story short after 4 weeks I need my forehead doing again on a treatment that usually takes 12 weeks minimum to look how it does now!!! I think I'll skip this place until I know the nurse is back and make the trip from downtown to Summerlin like I used to! read more
