Apex roofing is AMAZING!!! This is the second time working with Apex roofing and we could not be more pleased. Michael did an amazing job of correcting a "bad install" by another roofer at our previous house. Because of his work there, when we considered purchasing an incredible foreclosure property, after a questionable home inspection, we called Apex because they are the only roofer that we would trust to do a thorough and honest inspection of the roof. I contacted Brad at Apex and explained the problems with the roof. Right away I knew that I had made the right call. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and understood the tight time frame that was needed in this situation. At every turn, Brad rose to the occasion. He not only inspected and provided the written estimate in just 1 day; he also scheduled the repair to be done on the day that we closed on the property. When we arrived on site after the closing, we realized that Brad and his crew went over and above to repair, replace, and make the roof look (and function) like new again. The clean up was even great. We actually had to check with the neighbors because there were no signs that they had even been up there doing such an extensive repair. Brad Anderson and the crew at Apex Roofing did a phenomenal job on our new home. All of the work that was done was completed and certified as promised. We recently had a roof replaced by Apex due to earlier hail damage. They were recommended to us by our Farmers Insurance Agent. Considering all the horror stories you hear about roofers, these guys were wonderful. We never laid out any money and Farmers sent us checks periodically to cover the entire job. Mike and Shannon did a great job letting us know about their service, including cutting back branches they were dragging on our old T-loc shingles (no longer available), guarantees and the high-end materials they were going to use. Soon afterwards they installed the roof (removing two older layers), installed the underlayment, heavy weight shingles and even new roof vents to get our older house up to code. They also provided an electrician to reinstall an old powered ventilator in the garage. They worked fast and clean; very few nails and shingle scraps (which they ultimately cleaned up). Shannon came around several times to follow up until we were completely satisfied. They provided great service and it is a wonderful roof. How do we know it's a great roof? About a month after the installation was finished we got a nasty hailstorm with golf-ball sized hail. The next day Shannon came out again to check on "our" roof; it was perfect. This company is very professional, responsive and efficient. I was purchasing a property in December and knew the area had been hit by hail and suspected the property needed a new roof. I called Apex Roofing and Tom went to the home in the middle of December and prepared an estimate. He went back and met with the sellers and, as a result of his efforts, I was able to persuade the sellers to replace the roof. The estimate was very fair and reasonable. Tom and Chris Galvan were a pleasure to work with, very responsive and efficient, even though they knew I may not be able to persuade the sellers to use their company. They also came highly recommended to me by a professional contact. Please be careful, though, because they have such a strong reputation that there is a company that is impersonating them (pretending to be Apex Roofing) so please be sure to confirm that it is the Apex Roofing where Chris Galvan works. read more

I would give Apex Roofing an A+++. We had a terrible hail storm in August and our Apex rep Chris came out and took a look at our roof on the same day I contacted them. He also met with our insurance adjustor the next day and helped us in getting a new roof and gutters. Not only did they do an AWESOME job but it was done very quickly. Chris also informed me of the things to look out for as well as where to research some of those deceitful roofing companies before we had even selected them to do them job. Due to the recent hail storm, we were constantly having contractors stop by and also flyers left on our door almost every day. We did not get a flyer from Apex. They were recommended to us by our neighbor and also by the insurance company. I would definitely use Apex again and would also recommend them to EVERYONE who needs a roof. After going through 2 hail storms in May 2016, Michael Dye of Apex Restoration and Roofing came to inspect my roof. He discovered that the shingles I had had installed 8 years earlier were faulty and failing. He contacted the manufacturer of those shingles to have them replaced. It took many months of documenting and negotiating but he was able to convince the manufacturer to replace the shingles. However, they replaced ONLY the shingles and nothing else that is needed when replacing a roof. Michael was kind enough to call around to other people in the roofing industry to get the rest of what we needed donated and we finally got an entire new roof in March of 2017. Michael spent many months working very hard to get us the new roof he knew we deserved. I cannot say enough positive things about him and his company. read more

Apex Roofing did a fantastic job installing my new roof! I live out of state and my property in Aurora needed a new roof. I worked with Chris who was very easy to work with, explained the entire process very well and answered all of my questions. He was extremely responsive and worked directly with my insurance company with all the paperwork and I was very comfortable and reassured of the work they were doing since I wasn't physically there. On June 19, 2018, South Denver experienced an incredible hail storm with hails the size of softballs! Most of the roofs in my neighborhood were severely damaged. Apex, represented by Andrew Torres, worked with my insurance company, State Farm, to not only replaced my roof but fixed all other breakages around my house. Kevin and the team did an excellent job on replacing our roof and some broken windows after they sustained some hail damage. In addition Apex also did a great Job painting the exterior of our home. The roof and windows were an insurance claim and as with all insurance companies the adjuster was being some what shady. Kevin and Apex never faltered in their dealing with the insurance company.
