He suggested a patch and seal job would last at least half a decade, which fit our needs, but obviously a full replacement would be a more permanent solution. This has been a very LONG and drawn-out experience. From the first contact to completion, took…read moreover 8 months!!!!! The roof was replaced in month 3. However, The roof installers damaged many parts of my siding and fence while installing the new roof. The gutters installers had a down spout drain directly into an exhaust pipe in my roof.
