When I picked up my car I asked for some info on the carnauba wax job he was supposed to have done. However, he didn't know the details, a young lady sitting next to him explained that the wax couldn't be applied to any plastic parts and it lasts for six months as opposed to the wash/wax that lasts three months. The price seemed even more outrageous after knowing that, the fact that my car is a convertible so there was no roof to wax, and the poor job of washing. Tim may be good at tinting windows, but don't go to him for detailing.

I can see where the previous owner hit a curb pretty well and took a gouge out of the tire. I ended up needing to buy new tires the next day after buying the car. Not something I expected, typically you budget for that. Anyways, I thought I would have the car serviced there because the selling department and servicing department are two different ones. I needed an oil change & tire rotation. I asked twice if they rotated my tires, they said yes. I got home and I knew for a fact they did not because one of my wheels has a small mark of yellow paint on it. I ended up going to Les Schwab for the rotation (love them). I called them the next day. I inquired if they rotate tires, which he said yes. I informed him that I was in yesterday for service and they did not rotate my tires. He pulled up my account and he said well I won't argue with you but it shows that we did. I explained how I know and he got real quiet and said oh. I let him know that I was not too happy and very apprehensive about my oil change now. He said he would let the manager know. I'm disappointed because I do not trust the Toyota dealership on the coast, as they have done some shady stuff to my other vehicle for oil changes so I go to the valley. Well, now it looks like I will need to go to the valley for my car's maintenance.

The mechanical part was no longer working. I had been over to the Honda dealership which is really a rip off, the price they wanted was outrageous and I've had to wait several months anyway because of the pandemic and parts being hard to find. I just taped up my window and thought I would figure it out later. I was fortunate to come across Jeremy here at Caliber Auto Body in Lincoln City and he told me I'm pretty sure I can do this for a lot less. He was right it was quite a bit less and he is so easy to deal with. The entire shop is all about integrity and honesty. I really feel comfortable working with Jeremy, I wish he had a car repair shop because I would only go there. If only I had somewhere good to go to get my car repaired like Jeremy's shop that would be wonderful. Everyone who works there is so kind and understanding they make you feel right at home. You feel like you are dealing with friends and not people you have to be leery of. As a woman we all know how difficult it is to bring a car in for repair and hope that you are getting what you are paying for. I have only great things to say about this business and if God for bid I ever do end up in a wreck and let's hope I don't this is where I would go and I would feel safe and well taken care of.
