It wasn't until May u til Ray got to the car. He got pissed off cause the wiring and generator was messed up. Autowerks was the last place that fixed wiring back to it's original state, and Earnie from Earnies mobile rigged it before that. All lights worked when I dropped car off but now brake lights don't work. He put new engine in finally and told me to pick car up. Our text dialogs weren't anything out of the ordinary but he got nasty and wouldn't take any money when I tried to pay him. Then he threatened me w police. Please be careful with this person he thinks he hears something when you didn't say it and gets viciously retaliatory. There were 3 dents on top of the car which my husband would attest that there were never there before. I asked Ray about this and he said he didn't notice them we pounded them out. I never accused him of anything breaking my tail lights etc. I was very hesitant on having my car towed there but this abuse of power attitude w him was uncalled for. He has a lot of drama and there is always a conquested victim. I asked for an invoice and never received anything. He just turned. Now I'm still going to have to get the car to Autowerks. I was patient. I question his attitude about women. I did nothing wrong. I was relieved when I finally got my car back, it wasn't worth the threats at the end. I had hoped for a better business transaction. When someone refuses your money there's a reason for it.

Greg is about the easiest going guy you'll ever find. With his ubiquitous mouthful of chew, he knows his cars, knows his parts and his diagnoses are always spot on. He'll work hard to get you in and get you back on the road, securing parts in town or online as quick as he can. Prices are reasonable and he'll do an odd thing here or there without being asked, just to make sure you're in good shape. You'll have to ask for higher-end parts if it's what you're after, otherwise, you'll get budget parts. He'll answer the phone if he can but it's always best to swing on by.

Precision Auto Repair happened to be there, but they weren't even open for business yet. These guys were great! I have taken my Toyota Tacoma to AllPro twice now, once for issues with the truck starting, and…read moreonce to have them check my power steering (it has a small leak) and my parking brake. Patrick spent 30 minutes with the starting issue and didn't charge me a dime because he couldn't replicate the problem. He spent an hour checking my power steering and parking brake, told me what it would take to fix the power steering leak, and actually advised me not to have it done yet as it wasn't necessary. He could have just done the work and made over $1000, but he didn't. He couldn't get the cabling for the parking brake, so he gave me a few suggestions for that. He didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis. Patrick is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. If he doesn't fix anything, he doesn't charge you anything. That is unheard of in today's world. He has gained me as a customer for as long as I live here. Anytime someone has vehicle issues, I always recommend his shop. My hat is off to him and his team for their honesty and integrity. I'd give their shop 10 stars if I could.
