I needed an oil change & tire rotation. I asked twice if they rotated my tires, they said yes. I got home and I knew for a fact they did not because one of my wheels has a small mark of yellow paint on it. I ended up going to Les Schwab for the rotation (love them). I called them the next day. I inquired if they rotate tires, which he said yes. I informed him that I was in yesterday for service and they did not rotate my tires. He pulled up my account and he said well I won't argue with you but it shows that we did. I explained how I know and he got real quiet and said oh. I let him know that I was not too happy and very apprehensive about my oil change now. He said he would let the manager know. I'm disappointed because I do not trust the Toyota dealership on the coast, as they have done some shady stuff to my other vehicle for oil changes so I go to the valley. Well, now it looks like I will need to go to the valley for my car's maintenance.
