TruePro Exteriors really helped us out of a pinch. Our home was due to go on the market to be sold and the photographer was schedule to come on Monday for the real estate listing. Well, as luck would have it, a wind storm came through on the Thursday before the pictures and blew off some flashing and soffit and that would not have looked good in the photos at all. From the initial contact, prompt estimate and recommendations on different types of siding material, I never felt like I was being push to buy a more expensive product. Estimate was in line with others I had received, but their prompt customer service put them above the others. The work was completed on time with cleanup etc. Recently we needed to have siding replaced due to remodel of kitchen and different size windows. Tim is great! I would absolutely recommend!!! He gave an estimate on Friday and had the work completed by Thursday! He secured the gutters/downspouts and added a few hangers to ensure the one looser side won't have any issues! He even cleaned out the gutters and gave Is an estimation on our roof life. Honest, timely, and a great value. I had another company come out and tell me my gutters were too old and could only be replaced. I'm glad I called TruePro they saved me a few hundred dollars. TruePro worked on a roof in my neighborhood. I asked them if they possibly had the time to check out my roof while they were in the street anyway, and since I wasn't positive if I had an issue. I spoke with Bobby in the morning, and he contacted me before the day was over to say that he had indeed gone up on my roof, diagnosed the problem (loose cable) and that my roof has still a little life yet. Tony inspected the roof at my home and found that the roof needed to be replaced and the wood trim boards around the 2nd floor front windows need to be re-secured and re-caulked. Some trim boards need replaced. Once I was ready to move forward the materials were ordered and work started very promptly.
