Examination of our .5-acre property revealed other trees in poor condition, plus some other large banana trees that we wished removed. Jimmi came out and spend a good amount of time going over our needs and explaining the process; Cody and the crew did a great job of taking down the trees, trimming some problematic branches on remaining trees, and removing debris. It was quite inspiring to see these professionals making quick work of our problems, and I'm glad I don't have to worry about the next big storm crashing one of my trees into our own house or that of a neighbor. His crew also ground down all the stumps and was gracious enough to also grind out the stump of a tree removed previously. It was a lot of work, but well worth the cost. Mr. Perez and his team are top-notch and professional, and I couldn't be happier with them. After the hurricanes hit last fall, all I heard were complaints from my neighbors about different companies NOT SHOWING UP as promised, and exorbitant fees rendered if they did. I contacted this gentleman in early February, not expecting him to be able to give me an exact starting date for the two locations I needed work done, only to be pleasantly surprised that he was willing to start the very next day. They took out two HUGE oaks at my residence and trimmed the other 8 (!), all of which were in dire need of attention and way too big for me to deal with, of course. The second location's work included an ancient, 50' tall slash pine which was very close to the structure and has been worrying me ever since Hurricane Charlie was supposed to come right up the coast in 2004. With Hurricanes Helene and Milton I was worried that it would fall on my roof or the neighbor's house next door. ALL OF THE TREES HE TRIMMED are looking really good by now. I love the shade provided by the oaks and don't expect they'll ever need attention again during my lifetime. They do not run heavy equipment containing a telescoping ladder across the lawn, so we did not have to worry about parts of the irrigation system being broken. Instead, Perez himself climbed up the tree and tied ropes to each section being cut off. That meant that no heavy limbs crashed down as they were cut. The clean-up they did was so thorough that we had people comment that you could not even tell that they had been there. We will not hesitate to use them in the future.

He was soliciting work Because we had two very large dead oak trees in our front yard. At first, Josh appeared, professional and knowledgeable, and he assured us that he could have a crew and equipment on site immediately. He pressured us to pay in full before any word began stating that he needed the money to secure rental equipment and pay his workers. Against our better judgment, and because he insisted this was the only acceptable form of payment for a job. This size we paid him $14,500 in cash. Within within an hour, the crew arrived and began cutting. Not even 30 minutes into the job a large branch was dropped, crushing our shed and damaging our well system. Immediately after causing the damage, the crew packed up and left the property without explanation and never returned. We attempted to contact Josh multiple times, but he refuses to answer or take responsibility. We filed a report with the sheriffs office, but were told it is considered a civil matter. At this point it feels like we are dealing with a clear case of fraud yet as the saying goes, you can't get blood from a stone.

At 9 am we sent them a text and then an email about 9:15. We finally received a phone call about 9:45 saying they had truck issues, but they were still coming. At that point we told them don't bother. We hung up and immediately noticed in our back yard 2 people (from Yoder's) were in our back yard. After chatting with them we were told they had been scheduled for 2 jobs today at 8 am. Mind you no one bothered to call us and tell us they had double booked their crew (we would have understood realizing mistakes happen). I used to sell Tree Job's for him and he wanted me to tell him the address of the jobs he owed me for it's probably more like 10,000 but from what I could figure out $5000 he ripped me off and my commission and he chased me for miles on a scooter that he bought for me and because I quit because of nonpayment he chased me for miles I believe trying to run me over and the scooter was given to me as payment for all of the jobs I was selling and he staked my house out five different times be wireless company. He will try to bully and rip you off as well if he treated somebody like me as bad as he did he will definitely treat a stranger the same way and try to bully and rip you off for anything anyhow he can.
